Yes. You basically explained that you decided to reply without reading the rest of the topic (and it wasn't that long, really) because you didn't expect other people to get it right based on the few posts you had read already. Which is both illogical and arrogant.

No, I basicly explained that I skimmed through the last bits of the thread (which was maybe a 3rd to a half of the thread) because I wanted to respond to the people at the start of the thread. I was refering only to them hence why I noted I'd only paid close attention to what they'd said. I never said anything about not expecting other people to get it right.

I didn't not read it, as I've said about a dozen times now, I skimmed the rest of the thread looking for mention of it before I posted. But I was posting specifically to those at the start of the thread that were coming up with varried theories despite information being present in the anime that answered the question.

Had the same thing already been said? Yes. Did I miss that when I skimmed through the other posts (so that I could get to making mine and not forget the wording of it, or lose interest in posting it as often happens anymore)? Yes. Was I being arrogant or anything of the sort in my post? No. Were you an ass in your response? Yes. It's just that simple.

Everyone makes mistakes and is wrong at times. My mistake was missing that what I was going to say had been said already. Yours was being a complete dick about it afterwards.

Anyway, about the topic: if you want to know where Cell fits in, you should read some of the topics about timelines (at your own risk). What I think everyone agrees upon, is that there are at least (<-- key word!) four different timelines. Cell comes from the original timeline. He jumps to a time one year before Trunks' initial arrival. Trunks' encounter with Freeza and Cold was not affected by Cell's earlier arrival. However, the encounter with the cyborgs was greatly changed. I hope this is what you meant by how Cell fits in?
