You can travel around a free roaming earth, walk, run, ride a car, or fly! Also when you go into a fight the part you're in will become cut off so you can fight Burst Limit style! It would have PGKB and Dragon Rush too
Also, battle damage lasts for a long time, and trees can regrow, man this dream game gets better for me, and ground would regrow grass after like a year in the game, and destroyed rocks and grassless ground would slowly start to look like the rest of the ground, only dented or chopped.
There would be Hero and Villain points too for custom characters, like the most Hero points you have, the more people (NPCs) will recognise you and gather around to admire, the more villain points aquired you will be fears and see pictures on TV saying you're EVIL. For instance, if you save villagers from the Red Ribbon Army, you'll get a hero point, if people give you quests or tell you they're looking for something you'll get 3. If you destroy a building you'd get a villain point, and if you accept a quest to do something bad and finish it, or kill an innosent or hero, you'll get 3 villain points. But if you do something like Kill a villain, which would mean using a Dragon Rush or PGKB attack, you'd get an Anti-hero point.
So there'd be Regular Story, and Custom Hero/Villain Story.
And for Characters, you can change them slightly, like give them different clothes, like, Bardock could wear Bulma's custom armour or Raditz, and if you unlock them, different levels of Super Saiyajin!
