It's a brand called BE@RBRICK. They make a lot of different keychains of a bunch of things, like movies and so on.
I don't really like them much, personally.

Care Bears Dragon ball headphones. What's really amusing about this product is not the fact that its freaking "Care Bears", or Bulma's weird face. It's the fact that they took a screen cap from DBO and past it onto the box. Why DBO and not a screen cap from the actually show?

Those figures were actually based on Goku and Piccolo from DragonBall Evolution. If memory serves, they gave those away at some sort of promotional event.
