Oh right, you mean split the series down the middle like what Madman did for Dragon Ball. I was thinking of the prospect of having seven fat packs, not two.dbboxkaifan wrote:There doesn't always need to be a booklet, hell, to make it cheaper not including it decreases the price, I'd think.DragonBoxZTheMovies wrote:I don't see how it'd be like the Japanese version apart from maybe the booklet being, y'know, a booklet with a couple of staples in the side. The American Dragon Boxes had DVD books similar to the original, except they were a lot shorter, stored three discs, as opposed to four and there was disc overlapping
Japanese Dragon Boxes Z = 2 Huge Boxes
Australian Dragon Boxes Z = 2 Small Fat DVD Packs (Non-existent as of now)

2 fatpacks for the Dragon Boxes Z would have been wonderful had Madman taken the initiative and licensed it.
No way in friggen HFIL am I ever going to get the chance to add the Dragon Boxes to my growing Dragon Ball collection at the prices people demand for them. Even if it is DBZ, I can't justify spending $200+ on a DVD set.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
My girlfriend recently bought me a set of Dragon Balls. She said the eBay auction claimed they were the size of baseballs and made of glass. They turned out to just be rubber bouncy balls. She was a little upset, but hey, I'm satisfied. I have all a set of all seven Dragon Balls now.
"Hey girlfriend, why don't you throw a few more punches? Afraid you might break a nail or somethin?"

As much as I like that piccolo it pisses me off thet he doesn't have 4 fingers
Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
4 fingers? He's got it right.
Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
All Namekians in the manga have 4 fingers. In the anime they gave them 5. So, originally, Piccolo had 4 fingers.takezor wrote:4 fingers? He's got it right.

well then they clearly made that figure based on the animerereboy wrote:All Namekians in the manga have 4 fingers. In the anime they gave them 5. So, originally, Piccolo had 4 fingers.takezor wrote:4 fingers? He's got it right.

Well no one said they didn't.
I wasn't hating on your collection, and it seems like your pissed that I said I wished it had 4 fingers, not hating just wishing they had made it manga accurate.
No beef
