I suppose there's a chance that the animation for this won't be dubbed...but I'm going to hold out hopes that it will be. I mean, in both other cases, they were a little different. Episode of Bardock was a pre-existing animation that just got included for the game. PTETS, while made specifically for that game, was a re-creation of an older animation (which was also used for a game), and was long enough that it was it's own special essentially. This seems to be something much less substantial, so...

...okay, I'm grasping at straws, but I really hope it gets dubbed darn it!

Ultimate Tenkaichi got dubbed. Id imagine Funimation (Or Okratron5000, whichever) will dub it.

Since they revealed that its gonna be an evil version of the DB universe I'm hoping for something like a Bizzaro world where even some of the Heroes are evil and I hope Vegetas like a real bad ass and one of the top dogs among the villains. Theres so many cool possibilities that this story can have and I really love the idea

I'm assuming this is closer to Ultimate Tenkaichi's cutscenes than an OVA. Those got dubbed, and if it is integrated into the story mode I really don't see it being left undubbed.

Right now I'm planning on getting it through Steam, internet is so much more reliable on my PC. It's possible that I'll have better internet before Xenoverse is released, though, so I haven't pre-ordered yet.

If it weren't for SS4 Vegeta being a pre-order bonus, I'd plan on getting both PS3 and PC by purchasing the second way down the line. But I'll feel like I'm playing an incomplete game without him.

No, they will not be there, last bandai namco livestream confirmed the ABSENCE of them. They will hit each other and nullify, like we saw in network test, otherwise they woul've said "we cannot talk about it right now" like they did for many other uncertain things: THIS is not uncertain, there will be NO beam struggles.
