In the NEP we see the androids are still fighting individually. Wasn't it promised in a magazine that they will do some team ups like their future counterparts did? We still have yet to see that in the tournament.

I personally hope neither 18 or Brianne gets eliminated. It would be weird to lose all the female fighters this early.

Didn't we get that from these recent episodes with Caulifla and Kale?

Goku says in the NEP that 18 and 17 will do some coordinated attacks.

Wait a sec.. after getting a second look at the prev, couldnt that be just Brianne trying to use a self destruct move? 18 was strangled up by something and looks like she was locked in some heart shiz, the attempt was to keep her there, it feels weird for her to not take advantage of that and attack, second, the way she was seemingly powering up looked more like her fading away.

18 has the same shocking expression Kefla had, that means he will be gone next week, and beside what else can she add to the plot? Job her to Brianne in order to build up her new form.

Rozie wont defeat 17, although I question her giving him some trouble after he got rid of Kakunza.

I'm really interested in seeing what all this build-up for U6 Saiyans will bring to Super in the future.
I really, really hope that after the ToP is over we will get a time-skip to the EoZ. A part of Uub's training could be him fighting with U6 Saiyans when he learns new techniques such as Kamehameha and Bukujutsu from Goku. The fact there would be a 3-4 years time-skip to EoZ means that, in the meanwhile, the three U6 Saiyans could have achieved Super Saiyan 3. Then Goku and Vegeta would train them to reach the next level, which is Super Saiyan God and then Blue. This would be the perfect opportunity for Uub to get stronger, and I could see Goku's training methods being for Uub being the same he uses himself - fighting strong opponents to improve.

I think the next arc should be light and more down-to-Earth, similar to U6 arc. Do we really need a main villain for the story to progress? An arc about Goku and Vegeta training U6 Saiyans might be very interesting, and it could be an opportunity for the U7 Saiyans to grow too. We already got such light toned arcs in the past, just think about the 21st and 22nd Budokai Tenkaichis.

It would be cool if Vegeta mastered the offensive side of UI and worked together with Goku to beat Jiren. It really feels like Toriyama planned this arc out when he wrote RoF.

I don't think so, Toriyama is not know for thinking ahead in the future of his story, but man that would be a epic conclusion. Goku and Vegeta working together using the "move without thinking" technique Whis told them before? I can't describe how awesome it would be.

Goku isn't fusion to fight an unfused opponent. Heck, Toriyama didn't even planned to have Goku and Vegeta fused against a fused opponent.

Vegeta is a glass cannon in this scenario. Maybe if Jiren were no smarter than a raid boss or the average MOBA player and only attacked the tank it would work.
