Do we know who Cyborg #18 is yet? Yamcha claimed that he was Cyborg #17, so I guess there should be a female one too? Not necessarily, though, but it would be awesome to have Chichi as a Cyborg (since she is a martial artist like Yamcha). Guess that I have to wait for the special chapter to be released. ^^

I really do hate it when people say Oob is black (or, for that matter, when any Asian claims that he's black). Does he have all the typical features of a black man? No. He has dark skin, that's it. He doesn't have the stereotypical big nose and fat lips that Toriyama caricatures them as. Mr. Popo, however, is black. It's not hard.

Now hold on a second, just because Uub doesn't fit the stereotype of a black man doesn't mean that he isn't black. Not that I'm saying he is, it's just that your argument suggest that Uub needs big lips and fat noes to be consider black. And to be honest that sounds a little... Hell, let me not go there.
