Not the strongest yet. He would be about 5 and probably not no anything about his power. Then again Gohan did at 5. But I don't think Oob ever experienced his power near Krillins until he far surpassed Krillin when he fought Goku

Uub wasn't exactly a normal Earthling. He was a reincarnated demon. But even so, it can be argued that Krillin was stronger than Uub was at the Budokai. Goku wasn't exactly going all out in that fight.

Well, if you believe that, then I'm probably not going to be able to convince you otherwise. But both direct statements we have regarding the Earthlings (Yamcha's comment and Toryama's interview) have Krillin named the strongest.

Well Tien managed to hold back Cell a bit and to distract/surprise Buu, I don't think Krillin could do that.

Neither of Tenshinhan's feats mean shit. Especially the one against Boo. So he can knock away a blast that would kill Dende, big whoop. He held down Cell by spamming the Kikoho, and failed to inflict damage.

We don't really know what Krillin could have done; he wasn't there. And it was the Shin Kikoho that held Cell back; the power was in the attack, not the person. Remember that Tien was crushed easily by 17 a couple of days before that. As for Buu, he blindsided his attack. Not really that notable of a feat.

I don't see Krillin pulling off any of that, but whatever. It's my opinion. Tien was also training throughout the Buu saga while Krillin went home to be a family man.

Seconded. Piccolo was at least a million after fusing with Nail, and Goku would burn himself out with the Kaio-ken trying to keep up.

He didn't use the x20 until he fought Freeza, after his zenkai. And even then, it was just for one attack. When he arrived on Namek he stated that he could handle up to a x10.

Yeah. Although, maybe his increase in strength had nothing to do with being able to use KK20. It might be possible that handling higher levels of Kaio-ken isn't about strength as much as it is about training with it.

In which case, Piccolo would still probably win but he would be pretty heavily injured if he took a KK20 attack.

I could see Krillin doing it if he knew the Kikoho, much like Tien could insta-kill Freeza if he knew the Kienzan. Specialized moves like that shouldn't be considered when figuring out strength.

He's tough enough to take one or two of them down, but Recoome, Jeice, and Burter are all almost as strong as he is. I don't think he can win this.
