Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish

Pretty sure its just a custom.
I guess you could buy a cheap/bootleg SSJ3 Goku and paint it?
I am tempted to do that myself.

I have a ton of these, in different sets and varieties. Back in the day, when I still a new Dragonball fan, I didn't know about anything past the Ginyu saga so I didn't know these were fake. I saw these, being sold, at the Air Force Base we were stationed at, and bought them when I could :lol:
