The final is overall a really good part of the game. Only problem for me is the stage.

I have some parts that I didn't watch, but most of the stuff was revealed in trailers so I pretty much spoiled the whole game for myself :/

and yes the person who was live-streaming didn't show post credits...I am assuming he doesn't know XV1 had post-credits. and if there is no post-credits I'm assuming Xenoverse 3 won't happen. (which I don't mind, I'd like Burst Limit 2/Raging Blast 3)

Why would no post credits mean there can't be a XV 3? The success of XV decides that.

Bandai were a bit slow on taking that down... He got about ten hurs of stream time and around an hour after finishing.

Maybe if they make Xenoverse 4. I'd rather they not focus too much on the roster if it's going to make quality suffer. There's only so much you can do with Bamco keeping you on a leash.

This is why I fully advocate the idea that Bandai Namco needs to move towards having developers share assets. The Dragon Ball franchise has so many characters and settings at this point, and it's only continuing to grow. Starting from scratch each time will also only continue to serve as a huge setback in terms of content for each new game in any future series.

They don't have to use the same gameplay and can always tweak models, textures, etc. But just having that foundation would cut loads of wasted resources (time, money, etc).

The only problem is that the Xenoverse models aren't very good. Every character looks fat and stiff. I wouldn't mind if they used them for a new Dragon Ball Heores game or something. Hopefully the Switch will do something like that.

I just said they should share resources. I never mentioned they should start with Xenoverse's. I agree for the most part. Not very fond of them, at least for most characters (mainly the "humans", guys like Cell look fine to me). But still, they could work for a foundation for the next developers to start tweaking them.

They have 4 DLCs to do it, and probably two of the will be based around the Universe 6 Tournament. DIMPS has plenty of time to increase the chance of the merged form making the cut

I agree. Xenoverse did it with DBO, I'm pretty sure they share everything in Bandai. I really want them to share resources with Raging Blast though!

Because they really serve little to no other purpose than padding from my point of view. I personally dont see what they could contribute to the overall story. Like, what alterations or changes could be done to deviate from the actual history?
