Shenron's limitations didn't work like that. For example, he couldn't kill Nappa and Vegeta because they were stronger than Kami, but he could revive the people they killed with absolutely no problems because the wish had nothing to do with them. This is true for beings even as strong as Buu. So bringing people back would ultimately have nothing to do with how strong Zeno is or is not as the wish is not directed at him but the people influenced by his actions. Now if they tried to kill Zeno, that's another matter. Whis indicated a little while back that someone could use the wish on the Super Dragon Balls to possibly kill gods but it's not clear if this extends to Zeno or not.

Zeno erasure basically makes it so you never existed iirc correctly thats how whis phrased it after u9 was erased. Are we certain super shenron can bring back people who for all intents and purposes never existed?
Zeno's power doesn't work retroactively. The things he erases still exist prior to the point he erased them which is why Whis was able to pull strings at the end of the Future Trunks arc.
Makes you wonder why zeno/gp chose to give out the sdb then considering he wanted to get rid of 8 universes as is. i assume they would have thought of the possibility of someone trying to wish them back.

It's a shame Katopesla won't be there for the battle between U7 and U3. His presence would make it much more entertaining.

I'm sure he probably did since that's the most obvious thing to do with them. He never said anything when Vegeta and Cabba said they would use the Super Dragon Balls to wish each other back if they won either. They might not care that much or the Grand Priest might have something like that in mind. There's really no reason to offer the wish at all if the point is for just one universe to survive. That in itself is a grand prize. It's also possible Zeno might change his mind and be able to undo the erasures himself. He was going to rip Beerus and Champa a new one for shirking their duties in the last tournament but he decided not to since he had so much fun watching that tournament. He's very prone to suddenly changing his mind and his powers are vaguely defined so anything could happen.

Interesting spoilers...

Well... It looks Vegeta is finally going out(about time). Hopefully Jiren humiliates him. No way Vegeta unlocks UI. It makes no sense and would be bad storytelling because the narrative has shown that this is Goku's arc(as it should be). It's looking like final 3 will be correct with it being Goku, Gohan, and Frieza vs the Pride Troopers.

He's had so little screen time and important fights that him being in or out won't make much of a difference.

Piccolo trains all the time, but all he accomplished in this tournament was eliminating Rubalt and providing support to Gohan against the U6 Namekians. Tien also trains all the time, yet all he did was eliminate The Preecho with Roshi's help and take Hermila down with him. Meanwhile, Roshi, the 300 year old man who shouldn't even be capable of improving much in strength, does some off-screen training for about a year, which couldn't have been very intense since no one noticed, and he ends up eliminating 5 people. Then you have C18, who did absolutely no training (not even some random off-screen training like Roshi), and she gets to eliminate 5 people, one of which being a universe's MVP.

Honestly, I'm just glad that U7 is losing someone in 119 since U7 is dominating too much in this tournament and it's just ridiculous that U7 lost no one in the span of 12 episodes despite being the most active team in this tournament. However, Piccolo was one of the few remaining U7 members who hasn't really done too much in this tournament.
She did do training. She trained for the tournament in the Buu Saga and she trained for this one with Krillin.

Where is this narrative that she never trained come from?

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.

A bit confused...

Where are people getting that Vegeta will be eliminated, and Gohan will be one of the final characters standing? If it's on the basis of Vegeta being in the title of 122, Gohan is in the preview summary for 121, so it's possible he's eliminated by U3.

Yes, but he's yet to get his required beatdown from the main antagonist in this arc. It's a Dragon Ball tradition and it's going to be fun to watch. He's been talking so much shit this tournament that's he's overstayed his welcome. I want to see other side characters shine like Gohan and Frieza. Vegeta is boring.

Because Vegeta is fighting Jiren and he doesn't have UI. Jiren has already beaten two stronger warriors. What the hell is Vegeta going to do other than get his ass kicked? He's been doing it since 1989. It's his purpose in the series. What's going to change now?

So I guess 18 is the new hated character now for doing much more than people expected. I'm expecting to see some "18 outlasting Piccolo is due to feminism" comments after 119 airs.

You clearly haven't seen Black's manga arc.

Funny how 18 went from the hero who rung out Rib, to the new hated character. It seems being a girl isn't a good thing for the TOP. I mean, almost one is calling for 17's head and he has almost as much scene time as 18.

Then again, this forum resents Roshi for not only being in the tournament, but daring to do so well.

Yeah? What did he do against Merged Zamas again other than a buffed Final Flash? I recall Goku having MSSB and being the only one strong enough to fight him.

He got the final hit on him while saving Goku and was the only one to own Black not once but twice.

I haven't seen this here so much, is that going around somewhere else?

18 lasting so long was always a possibility due to her brother, since they seem to come in a pair. Also, if there if some robot control thing happening and they saved that for later it makes sense to have them both instead of just 17.

I thought the Roshi thing was universally liked.

I was talking specifically about this site where 18 went from hero to now, 'she lasted too long'. There is one person on Gaf Discord who is pissed 18 outlasted Piccolo, but for the most part people are sad about Piccolo, but are happily surprised that 18 is still in. And people thought Tien would stay until the bugs since he sensed them, so there being robots weren't promised to 17 and 18. The same that Gohan despite being a Saiyan never touched any of the U6 Saiyans.

Talking specifically of this site with this too. But we have seen several posters talk about how 'unrealistic' it was that Roshi did so well and it was all favoritism because Piccolo didn't have a shining moment like Roshi.
