Just got off of work and saw it in my Youtube Feed, thought it was just uploaded.

They even have an Android 15 costume.
So many options to customize our characters, and to think, this is just for males.

And thankfully the stat changes that come with it aren't that drastic.EA575 wrote:They even have an Android 15 costume. So many options to customize our characters, and to think, this is just for males.

We just got a ton within the last week. Is that not enough for now? We'll have more next month.

Humans will probably just get more skill slot space at the cost of being weaker.shadd21 wrote:I know but earthlings(well non half-saiyan earthlings i mean) weren't a playable race in DBO while in Xenoverse they are, which makes me wonder what make earthling class in Xenoverse unique.
If Dimps was smart with this story they could have taken full advantage of:Hellspawn28 wrote:The new trailer was sweet, but I still wonder how GT is going to fit into the story? Is GT going to be side missions to the story or not play any part of the story mode?
Janemba, Hachiyack, Bebi, Syn Shenron, Babidi, (Majin) Vegeta, & Kid Buu seeing as they're all manifestations of evil energy itself and if Towa, can harvest said negative ki and amplify it then she'd have an army right here considering these characters. They'd probably be unstoppable.

If that's all you want, then all you want is fanservice, rather than an actual coherent story. And of course those aren't mutually exclusive; you could have a coherent story with "shine" moments! But if a story is perfectly coherent (and I'm really not seeing any compelling arguments that this one is anything but, despite constantly recurring, really poorly reasoned, attempts to argue otherwise), and you're bemoaning the lack of "shine" moments as a reason for the story's poor quality, then you're letting your thirst for "shine" moments obfuscate your ability to detect basic storytelling when it's right in front of you.

Broly coming after Demigra is similar to how in other games some movies don't come until after you beat the main story.

Its nice that characters finally have opening quotes (assumingly non generic ones) but it would be even better to get ending ones too....Quebaz wrote:That said, loving everything from the videos so far. The maps look spectacular, unlike the past games these ones feel so alive, and the characters look really good too. Super 17 in particular looks really badass with his melee animations and multi-hit supers. Did anyone notice how the mouths actually move during the intros now and how the hit-counter actually goes past 15?
but I had a real nerdgasm when it was shown that Dimps actually got the stages right for the enemy fights so far.
Especially with the Super 17 clip actually giving us the actual stage from the anime, which no modern game for GT. Not to mention the wet cavern where Goku fought Beerus made it and it too isnt just some randomly generated cave but one more faithful to the scene. Characters stand on the correct side of the tournament platform and the City finally has capsule corp. (the main city of the show)
Especially considering what Spike did with RB was just giving us generic random landscapes that weren't even remotely identifiable or accurate, its a relief Dimps stayed true. I'm also glad we aren't getting that terrible, synth-rock garbage anymore from BOZ and BT.

I feel like we're going to get some excellent cutscenes in this game, just look at the resemblance in these two images.
We're finally going to have a City map that ISN'T destroyed, I've always wanted to fight in a map like that in the 3D DBZ games.

Dimps was always on point with cinematics. Budokai 1 still had the best animated scenes (as far as acting and movement) in my opinion.

These bo staffs make me wish Gokû still had easy access to nyoi-bo. >_>
Would've been neat to see him using his staff against Towa's, Demigra's, and Whis' staffs.

I can't be the only one that looks at that silhouette and just thinks of Maleficent, can I?

I assume next month we are going to see more character revelations? Gogeta SSJ4 anyone? Baby or Syn Shenlong perhaps?

Phew, so it wasn't just me.
So I have a quick question based on what I've seen people talking about, since I've really just been watching the trailers for this, not outright gameplay videos or data mine things. What's all this about the outfits you give the characters affecting what moves they have? So...the alternate outfits are now tied to something similar to what the capsules in Budokai did?
