I never thought about it, I guess it makes sense for someone that strong to have some kind of hidden weakness as even UI Goku couldn't do much against him.
I'm still going to bet Vegeta gets UI so hopefully I'm right.
If Vegeta got UI i certainly won't complain but I doubt it. They've promoted UI goku way too much to give it to another character in the same arc. A powerup/new form that closes or surpasses the kaioken difference would also be cool. Vegeta would finally branch away from Goku with something unique and atleast close the power gap in this arc and he can close the fighting ability gap next arc via UI

I wonder if he'll get UI like what some have been predicting.
Don't worry they brought their best men so they could animate the parts of Goku beating up some scrubs that will take up about half of Vegeta's episode.
Well, that wouldn't be too surprising since the last time Vegeta's name was in the title, Cabba took up 70% of the scene time.
I think that had more to do with the fact that they weren't sure Cabba could bring in the viewership all on his own. But assuming only Gohan, Freeza, Vegeta and Goku are left at that point, I dont't think they still need his name to cover another characters episode.

That was still a total joke of a title. Vegeta's Resolve was him telling Cabba to toughen up and then getting insulted by Toppo. Based on the title you would have thought he was gonna hold off jiren or something
Okay so I'm guessing this might be an unpopular opinion but I really hope 122 isn't Vegeta fighting Jiren. I just have no interest in seeing Jiren rag doll Vegeta for an entire episode. And even if Vegeta unlocks UI I know for a fact that toei wouldn't given Vegeta the win over Goku. I'd rather Vegeta and Toppo resume their fight and then have Vegeta knock him out. I dunno 122 will be great in the art and animation department but I feel little hype if Vegeta gets knocked out without even having a big win, just my thoughts though.

Well Vegeta fights the STRONGEST and Jiren is the strongest so...

I know I guess bit of me was hoping Toppo would get to resume his fight with Vegeta so he could do something more than just be Jiren's hypeman. Who knows maybe Vegeta will do better than expected and not get rag dolled the entire episode.
Assuming U3 gets eliminated before the year goes out, how on Earth are Toei planning to make this tournament last until March with only 3 enemies left for U7 to face? Are they gonna make each fight last like a month? There's also a good chance that at least one of the Androids are getting thrown out before U3 is done too.

The tournament itself could end in episode 128 with the last 5 focusing on a goten and trunks mini arc.
Vegeta will fight Jerin in 122 and will most likely lose in 123. 124 and 125 could focus on Gohan and Freeza fighting Toppo and Jerin. 126 and 127 will most likely have Goku fight Jerin while 128 Freeza gets his wish.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

All he's done up till this point is just stand back and watch everything play out while planning on making his wish so I highly doubt they went through the trouble of bringing him back just to have him stand around day dreaming about a wish.

Yeah... i doubt freeza getting his wish. He will probably be eliminated before the end of the tournament.
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

At first I said no but after reading who's working on 122 I think it's possible cause why would they bring their best 2 men if nothing major was going to happen, especially since both are known for working on key episodes and moments ?
Kenneth La Torre wrote:He will probably be eliminated before the end of the tournament.
They wouldn't have brought him back just to do that.

I know who's working on 122, but who's doing 123? Unless 123 is also being done by a great staff, i heavily doubt Vegeta will get UI in 123.

We just know the name of 123 but I think he'll get UI in 122 and fight him with it in 123.
I could be wrong but I highly doubt they're going to bring those 2 in and give Vegeta some big thing only to take it away in the same episode so it'll probably continue into 123.
