Yeah, Boo-4 and Vegetto-16 have always been shown the most love in this comic. Their panels are always drawn so elegantly.

Being quick enough to react to Buu's movements is a feat in itself, but yeah Buu is likely suppressing his speed just for the sake of it(or the authors just don't care and only want to show, how Xeniloum whatever is nothing compared to Buu). Only time will tell...

He probably just used his body to remove all of the armor's components from the opponent's body at the same time, storing the armor inside him and just letting the opponent go free.

So yeah, he kind of just absorbed the armor, even though its not an absorption like we typically see Buu do. Buu probably sees no point in absorbing the actual fighter.
