I figured YJ would be riddled with these, so I bought one.
Now, I am eagerly awaiting its arrival to sub it. I already have the script waiting for it, LOL!

A little off topic, but what are the stances on releasing subtitle patches here? I have several Dragon Box patches that I have created over the past months when I began subbing my boxes. Any information would be appreciated.

Do you mean subtitle scripts? As long as you own them (created them yourself) or own the rights to them it's totally fine to post them on this forum; I'd actually be very greatful to have some scripts to add to the Dragon Boxes I hope to own someday (and compare to Daimao's own subtitles).

I meant actual subtitle patches for the discs, not scripts. Since I used the subtitles from the Orange Bricks, I am guessing that won't be allowed here. Now, would it?

No, FUNimation owns those scripts and as such public distribution would be barred. However, a few people have retimed the scripts/remuxed them onto DragonBox discs in this community.

*cough*

And the fact that the man who translated those subtitles, Steve Simmons, is a member here doesn't make it any better.

Occasionally. And he's been on the podcast before, so he's definitely a member of the community. Personally I'm hoping he'll be dropping by with some good news once FUNi secures license rights for Kai (if ya' know what I mean).

...Is a work of genius, good sir. And also while you're here, thanks for all the subbing you've done for us fans over the years.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled topic.

I only feel obligated to say thank you for your work on the subtitles.

Now, lets drop this "patch" talk.

Just got Super DBZ for the PS2. Less than a dollar on amazon (3 bucks shipping, naturally). Now I just need to get a PS2. Thankfully there was a price drop. Does anyone know the best (cheapest) mod chip/card/method for a slim PS2? I really want to import Battle Stadium DON.

New to the forum? Just want to know when you'll hit your next posting rank? Ever wondered why some users have special titles, and what they mean? The answers to all these questions and more are waiting for you in the Kanzenshuu Member Hierarchy Guide!!
