I have Cold at 100,000,000 ("somewhat inferior to Freeza") and 19 at 80,000,000. Could be an interesting fight due to Cold's rustiness and 19's durability and energy absorbption.

Movie 7 SSJ Kakarotto with the Genkidama absorbed Vs Semi Perfect Cell.

Cell. This Goku was able to beat Super 13, who I believe was roughly on par with 16. If we had more feats to go on, I might give it to Goku, but as it stands, I don't see Goku closing the massive gap between 16 and Cell. Besides, Cell would likely just regenerate. Or blow himself up if he saw that he was outclassed.

Goku's battle power already exceeds Cell's but the energy also attacks at a sub-cosmic level so Cell is f***ed.

I don't know where you get Goku being stronger than Cell, but that's your call. If the Genki Dama had been shown being more effective in the past, I may consider giving Goku the advantage, but it wasn't capable of taking out either Vegeta or Freeza.

You can't say that for sure. We don't know how much energy he absorbed. All we know is that he was stronger than someone who was likely, at the most, 16's level. Semi-Perfect Cell is far beyond that.

Piccolo isn't the type to talk crap unless he can back it up. Piccolo has caught up to Vegeta by now more or less. Those huge gains in th Android Saga had to start somewhere.

Anyway, given the gap between Piccolo and Vegeta during Namek, I'd say Vegeta would still win. I too believe Piccolo's hax came from sparring with Goku.

I think 19 would defeat Cold, after absorbing energy.

Android+Android Parts+More Android Parts=Android. I'm saying that he could be an exception due to being a combination of multiple separate androids, which would also apply to Semi-Perfect Cell and all his succeeding forms, who are the only ones stronger than 16. He's still an android though.

Since I think #19 is stronger than 100% Freeza, Cold would lose.

The strongest artificial human besides Cell. However, he has a gentle heart, and doesn't like to hurt things. Because of this, Doctor Gero regarded him as a failed creation. He gives the impression of a taciturn, silent giant. He resembles No. 8 in his gentleness, but is forever faithful to his duty to kill Goku.

This, coupled with Merged 13 budging at weighted Kamiccolo's hits(whereas Cell tanked weights off Kamiccolo's Light Grenade with just little damage), should be enough evidence proving 16>Merged 13.

#13 isn't part of the manga's continuity either. If the Daizenshuu 6 said #16 was the strongest then I would believe he is superior to super 13. All piccolo managed to do was lifting him... That's it.

#13 is part of an alternate timeline according to statement made by Toriyama in the Daizenshuu 6. Since that is the case the Daizenshuu 7 didn't take #13 into account.
