Weekly Jump TOC is out, nothing in it about F. Shueisha is probably saving the whole update for VJump.

It is so frustrating. I feel like every other Dragon Ball related thing is getting updates but F. Or I'm just restless. Maybe some of both.Lord Beerus wrote:Awwww.Chuquita wrote:Source: http://apforums.net/showthread.php?t=28 ... ost3396612

If VJump's preview page isn't updated by 5pm Japan Time, I'm stumped. I've never seen them wait this long to update it.

That's how I've felt for a long time, but hopefully that'll change for us soon.Chuquita wrote:It is so frustrating. I feel like every other Dragon Ball related thing is getting updates but F.
We're three months away and know nothing; they can't keep us in the dark forever.

I think we've had all the info we need really. Save some revelations for the film.
Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
I won't be satisfied until I know what's up with Gokû and Vegeta. They can keep other stuff for the movie premiere, but it's killing me waiting on plot info on them. They can't tell us about Gohan and Kuririn and then not tell us what's going on with Gokû and Vegeta. Imo.

Really?Cold Skin wrote:Well, that music group should give us something pretty decent judging by their theme song from Sailor Moon Crystal.
I dunno, it's a subjective issue of course, but an idol group contributing a theme doesn't excite me.

As with the 2013 film, a preview screening shall be held. I'm sure Kei's already figuring out the magical scientific formula to insure his success at getting into this screening.

I wish him the very best of luck. Getting the info he provided last time was so appreciated and reputable.JulieYBM wrote:As with the 2013 film, a preview screening shall be held. I'm sure Kei's already figuring out the magical scientific formula to insure his success at getting into this screening.
I wonder what the actual date for the screening is?

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
I noticed that the date for the screening was suspiciously not announced. They probably don't know when they will set it up because the film isn't finished yet.

Wow, after Maximum The Hormone, what a letdown with that idol group. If there is anything I hate the most in Japanese music, it's idol groups....
It's why I skip anime openings and endings during watching and scenes with insert songs are ruined for me. I really don't like the Hero segment in Battle of Gods.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
I dug through some old notes of mine. The initial preview screening for Kami to Kami was 13 March 2013. The movie came out on 30 March 2013, so it was finished about seventeen days before it officially came out. This means any preview screening for Fukkatsu no F could easily be 01 April or 05 April to celebrate Toriyama Akira's birthday.
If the production committee wanted some idols they should have tried to get some of the iDOL M@STER ladies.
FLOW isn't an idol group.MCDaveG wrote:Wow, after Maximum The Hormone, what a letdown with that idol group. If there is anything I hate the most in Japanese music, it's idol groups....![]()

The next trailers will be beautiful.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
correct me if am wrong but isn't 'idol group' just another rewording of what has already been in the music industry, notably bands that are handpicked together and whip up a fanbase based on their fashionable appearance, having good vocal skills is important of course (even a certain mr Bieber is a talented singer in his own right) even the more 'rock' or metal groups like, well any that sell merchandise. Yes you have a core few that setup the band but you have songwriters for them, the additional band added to them or decide who stays as the lead/face of the band. Or even the hired background guy who plays the guitar etc.
Point am trying to make is a lot of the music, regardless where's its from, is very much manufactured, even the vocals are tweaked, so am seeing little difference between this idol band and past bands before 'idol' was coined in pop music, even the big pop bands of the 80's and 90's didn't create all their own work but were competent in singing and even playing instruments, except now its all being promoted from TV and the concept of 'people's choice' aka x factor.
Personally if it sounds good to me then I wont mind unless the lyrics had really bad lines, oh like, praising a line of fast food chains!

So, if Toei wants insert songs and ending song to be in English for foreign countries (like Cha-La Head-Cha-La and Hero (Song of Hope)), then I guess Maximum the Hormone will just have to get back to the studio especially for this movie and record a new, English version of F.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
From what I remember, it seemed much more like it was FLOW (or at least someone in charge of the band, be it studio or whatever) that had the weird English requirements going on, rather than Toei.

Japanese idols are usually (but not always) female model-types made up to be over-the-top cute.TheBritWriter wrote:correct me if am wrong but isn't 'idol group' just another rewording of [manufactured pop star]
Flow and Maximum the Hormone are not idol bands like Momoiro Clover Z are.
Wow, that first form Freeza looks horrible.kidtrunksssj wrote:New Figures Are On There Way.
