New post, back on topic. Here's a few things I picked up today on my lunch break.

Image

The first book is missing one of its included bonus cards, and the second is missing all of them, but it's nice to finally have the books, at least.

There's also some Toriyama-commentary on the back of the poster for the second one, which I never realized before:

They sold you Daizenshuu at KFC?! Japan is amazing!

I just got the first Chozenshuu along with the first 3 colored manga.
I recently ordered the second Chozenshuu along with 2 Kanzenban volumes I'm missing.
And I picked up a day 1 version of the new Naruto game for the PS3...soley for the Goku costume dlc. I love Naruto too, but if it weren't for the Goku dlc, I would have waited till the game was cheap to buy it.
My Dragon Ball AMV's:
Pain into Power - Gohan Tribute - Best Character Profile at AnimeNext
The Dragon Ball Life - Original DB only AMV - Coordinators Choice at Anime Conji
When I See You Again [NEW!!!] - Goku & Krillin AMV - Best Drama at Otakon

That's just because there happens to be a Book Off between KFC and my workplace. :) It has almost all the other Daizenshuu volumes, as well (except for the first one, if memory serves), but I already have those, so I didn't buy them.

As for today's haul... the things I do for Kanzenshuu...

How much do the Daizenshuu retail for in Japan? I was going to buy them off ebay but when I asked the seller about shipping he wanted a silly amount per book.
Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force

If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure :)

If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me :)

At Book Off, generally half the retail price, but it could be more or less depending on the store, the rarity of the item, and the condition of the book. The most I've paid is around ¥1200, and the least is ¥250.

So, I've bought bunches of stuffs. Last year I got all of Kai, a few months ago I got the Trunks and SDCC Gohan Figuarts, a few days ago I ordered the Pioneer DVDs of the first three Z films, and I just ordered a few single DVDs of Z and GT. I got "Kid Buu - Saiyan Pride", GT “Annihilation”, GT “Calculations”, and GT “Conversion”.

I got Conversion and Annihilation because I wanted those episodes in better quality (partly for putting together camera pans), and I meant to get Revelations instead of Calculations, but I couldn't care less about the Super 17-arc (though, Goku's "Kulilin's dead? Oh..." is frikkin' unintentionally hilarious), so I can't be bothered to go back and reorder. I only got it for Blue Velvet's untouched animation in better quality.

I truly got the GT DVDs because I'm curious about the picture quality and macroblocking (and as filler for something else cheap I wanted so I could save overall on shipping), but for a few bucks, I don't really care if it's not so good because I can put together some higher quality camera pans from them even if the macroblocking is bad.

When I went to get Naruto Storm 3 I noticed Dragon Ball Revenge of King Piccolo in the pre-owned bin for $25 so I picked it up. Fun fact later that day I also bought One Piece Pirate Warriors.

They've altered the music in Raging Blast 2?

To Beji a lifesize Gohan.

QUICK response. But no not a lifesize gohan. It IS a Gohan but his hand came broken off.... So now i have him upside down so his hand being glued on is right side up....and I don't have to hold it for hours. It just awkward in the kitchen... :P There is more to the piece though

Beji it looks like you have to hoist it out the box :)

Dboxkaifan is there a way to tell which one you own? (I think I bought it in 2010 as I got the collectors edition, but I'ld buy the other one.

A) Year bought (2010 = Original / 2011 = BT2)
B) Verify the music used on the opening music video
C) Purchasing the Collector's Edition

If you want to buy Raging Blast 2 with BT2 Score, simply buy a new or used copy as they're very likely to have the replacement soundtrack. BT2 is a superb replacement score but I prefer games to have their original intended music instead.

I know I've got the old one from the youtube videos I was hoping for something on the box so I could try and track down a new one with the BT2 soundtrack without having to keep buying and selling them. Thanks for that, I never knew they re-released it.
