It's up.

It was ok. I'm gonna watch it again real soon. My first impression is entertained, but feeling it's lackluster in comparison to previous eps.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Man, this was an amazing episode...beginning to end laughs for me. Imperfect Cell was amazingly creepy (we'll see how Semi Perfect Cell stands up to this), but I'll miss #17. #16 got to shine nicely though. #18 had a few moments, but her time has yet to fully come.

Poor Piccolo...it was not his day.

A lot more happened in this episode than I was expecting. It was entertaining, had a few laughs but I guess it wasn't as funny as some of the other episodes. I'm dying to hear Cell's new voice tho.

The one that got me most was 18 vs 17's reactions to 16's rocket punch. X3

Great episode. Was kinda hoping that Goku would punch Gohan's lights out, but it makes sense if it was dropped for Goku actually coming up with a good response.
