Are they going to be streaming anything for this today or is the announcement just an announcement?

There's a press event going on, but nothing has been said for the public, just that there will be an announcement, We don't know specifically what the announcement will be though. It could just be the website updating with a link to the Super Heroes press release, or there could be a bit more to it. We'll have to wait and see, but don't get your hopes up.

I'm honestly not expecting anything beyond a news page being put up on the website and a link to the press release, but said announcement is due out in ~15 minutes if you want to wait an see.

It's a Super tie-in. They released the trailer for the anime, as well as a news page for Super Heroes, and a reminder for the toy show event in 2 days (which will be streaming at least part of it live on Youtube).

Seeing some promo for Xeno Goten gives me a slither of hope he'll actually get something besides SSJ1, but i doubt it

There's a continuing chance. The Xeno material will be staying into the into Super Heroes branding. Not that there was any doubt. They haven't wrapped up the content in the GDM series yet, and Xenoverse 2 is on the horizon.

Indeed, if they focus solely on Dragon Ball Super stuff, they would decrease a lot the content and would add so little to the game. GDM9 is still on the way (though I'd like to know if September will still contain GDM10).

A new 3D trailer is coming, and it's showing Goku Black already!

Better image of that setup, showing off more of Goku Black. Seems he has a long sleeved version of Goku's "F" dogi, or at least something much closer to it. All the more reason to be sad our Goku doesn't seem to be wearing it this arc.

Ok, so... Dragon Ball Heroes is the number 1 digital card game in the market, running 5 years straight, and having distributed nearly 400 million cards. It made over 5 billion yen per year starting from 2011, surpassing the total of 40 billion yen. There are more than 3000 individual cards and 1.820.000 players. Ultimate Mission 1 and 2 sold over 700k copies, in total.

New scan/picture from something. Looks like we're getting a some new stuff, but it's pretty small. Even zooming in I can't make a lot of it out. Looks like a new Goku at least, maybe Goku: Xeno...? Plus Future Trunks from the new arc and SSGSS Kaio-ken Goku too. Can't make out the silhouette, but it looks like Vegeta...

Yes, it's really small. I can't make sense of much but we're getting the Future Trunks arc and the Demon God Demigra arc. Also, if I'm not mistaken we'll get Super Saiyajin God Super Saiyajin (Kaiouken), which would be the Goku on top of Goku Black.

There's a Vegeta-like silhouette there but I think I can only make out "first appearance".

Edit: Oh, the "Goku: Xeno" you talked about was the one I assumed was Goku Black

Notice how "Xeno Goku's" outfit looks like that fan art of Goku looking like a really cool mountain monk.
