Apparently they're translating the episode titles, too. Also the next episode previews are done accurately, with Gokû announcing the stuff.

Haha, it looks like Toei can no longer get away with jacking its licensees out of next episode previews anymore.

You do realize that this wasn't even Toei's fault, right? Fuji TV owned the next episode previews, not Toei.
Well, the guy was just speculating, with no official confirmation. It was probably someone whose singing vocals were similar to Sean Schemmel's voice.

I'm less thrilled about it hearing it from the same awful Chris Sabat-voiced Piccolo.

That's the first I've ever heard of this. I've always heard it that Toei's history is to withhold previews (or other screen accurate materials) to discourage reverse importing. Considering the next episode previews don't mention any kind of station identification or reference to anything outside of the show, it seems unlikely to me that this is the case, especially considering the Dragon Boxes had the next episode previews. Have any confirmation of this?
