Truth be told I wouldn't put it past them to pull a stunt like this on the simple basis that they've flagged tfs's parody videos in the past, despite them making it clear that it was a parody (which falls under fair use under U.S. law which YouTube is subject to) so Toei could've very well been the ones behind this.

Fair use is a court defense, it's not a right and I honestly don't think that TFS could win in a fair use court case. Toei does have a right to take this stuff down, even if it's just small clips they still are within their right to take things down. What kind of discontinuity in your brain makes you think that in can be a court defense, but not a right? One constitutes the other, anything that falls within certain criteria is fair use.

There are misconceptions, but your nitpicking to the point of mischaracterization doesn't help.

Kei17's Youtube Channel has been suspended. I don't think that this could have come at a worse time.

Yeah, I think Toei's copyright hounds are on the prowl right now. I had a video uploaded to Youtube that compared different English dubs for Hokuto no Ken TV series and the video was removed about a week ago due to a notice from Toei.

Kei of course would get hit that bad because of all the Dragonball content he has.

I think that's about his 5th channel or so since 2009 or even earlier that has got ''canned'' like that.

Actually, without his Youtube channel, another way of communication is gone. No one can seem to reach him. He's not even responding to letters sent to his home! If he was busy with work, I don't think writing a letter or sending an email saying that he's been busy with work would be that time consusming, at all. I'm really concerned. He's either being a little rude and disappearing again with no response at all, or he's dead (literally) It's most likely him disappearing with no trace. (Also, don't judge me for only having 2 posts)

For all you know, he's got anxiety and needed to take a break. And if so, that'd especially be the case with his YouTube channel being taken down. That could really get to a guy.

Now no more assuming stuff, please. If you're gonna be rude to him like this, there's no reason FOR him to come back. Please leave Mister Kei alone till he makes his return.

there is one reality it is that as long as kei didn't want to talk there will not be news, as long as kei will keep his audio for him or private , there will not be official release or other things so talking about his silence, or the reason is totally useless

I mean this topic isn't entirely useless, it's not like Kei is the only one in the world to have broadcast audio (considering at least 17 eps of it are easy enough to find), though probably the only one who has the entire series. As well as the fact that at least the movies for the harmony gold dub are commonly found too.

i didn't say the topic is useless but that topic talk about two things

harmony gold dub (that is not actual conversation here)
broadcast audio (and thing are blocked as long as kei didn't talk to anyone about all of this)

17 first episode was given by kei to a people which have shared them. there is no broadcast audio that are not from kei originally

so like i said to VegettoEX i am not the only one which talk useless here or say drama things (even if such a wonderful things as broadcast audio be in only one hand, we only depend from the only one who have them) so like i say all depends of kei's will, no one can make him do things or convince him. So just wait and see it is useless to talk about this.
That's why without new things all people that talk about broadcast audio and kei without any news talk uselessly not just me.
