I doubt they're going to change any major plot points like that.

They already are by introducing Chapa in Beerus' arc so hopefully they do something like this in Freeza's :

So the Super in DB Super is to indicate Super Dragon Balls!
So many questions..
Are we really going to get lore of the Dragon Balls expanded like Toyble did in AF??
Are Namekians the only race capable of creating Dragon Balls or can other races do it in the other universes??
How are they going to turn Goku into a Super Saiyan God with no Pan? Is Tarble's specal going to be meshed in with the BoG arc, so he can contribute to the ritual? Or are they going to change the requirements to the ritual??

I imagine the BoG and [F] arcs will take up 20 episodes at most and then we'll start with the Universe 6 shenanigans.

It looks like each universe will have they're own DBS so it'll be more then AF.
Maybe each universe has a race that can make them.
He was brought up in BOG so it wouldn't surprise me if they reintroduce him somehow.

Hopefully the new characters aren't evil Goku, kid Goku, old man Goku, girl Goku, Kami Goku, God of Destruction Goku, King of the Saiyajins Goku, Freeza Army Goku, ect.

Champa may just interact with Beerus and like they said on podcast and he'll disappear when BoG goes down and he'll reappear down the line again.

Then again Goku does say Champa in that trailer so there goes that unless that was just some promotional fluff. Guess we'll find out soon, they can't change BoG too much without affecting "F", would be pretty redundant if Freeza came back when Goku went against 2 Gods of Destruction already.

The only way this'll make sense is if the Namakians for some reason deactivate their Dragon balls.

While extremely unlikely, I've got my fingers crossed that, for the Universe 6 arc the story skips ahead a bit closer to the end of the manga. That way we get to see more of the older Goten and Trunks.

That still doesn't explain anything, all that could mean is they'll splice BoG and "F" into episodes and add fluff to it. Furthermore no mention of Champa in the BoG arc so it seems I may have been right he'll appear before in the post-Battle Aftermath and then disappear and re appear again down the line.

It's still unclear weather they are gonna incorporate the movies in the series or just kind of set them up (you know, give more background on the story). Also, you guys should really stop obsessing over who gets the kill in RoF, that's really not what Dragon Ball is about.
