Looking on the Japanese side of the web, I noticed that a lot of Yugioh stuff tends to be leaked before Dragon Ball stuff.

The only new Dragon Ball Heroes thing I've seen so far was this Goku Black card:

I guess it would be cool if Tullece had a SSj form. I do feel like not every Saiyan needs to go SSj though. With Tullece, they can easily use SSJ Goku's hair on him since they have the same type of hair.

I think the only one who "needs" Super Saiyan is King Vegeta. He's Goten of the ones that don't transform and he needs some love.

Ultimate Gohan was able to turn Super Saiyajin if he wanted so that's likely not a problem.

I was thinking more of SS2 King of Destruction Tullece (with alternate costume for his cape).

We've been expecting Pan to be granted Super Saiyan for years now, to no avail. I'm not saying she can't transform, but that doesn't mean the developers will ever get around to actually giving it to her.

We can certainly hope, can't we? That poll probably would help, but it doesn't seem like many people voted for her, on this thread at least.

Just noticed. Xeno Bardock didn't get Super Saiyan 2 (even though he's already in the game), but he got a Great Ape form. Cool, to say the least.

I think it's supposed to be Babari-seijin, meaning he is an alien from Planet Babari; much like Namekku-seijin (ナメック星人). I don't remember this guy nor do I remember any "Planet Babari", though.

Maybe it comes from "Barbarian"? I think he may be someone from DBOnline, a guy at 2ch said the same.

For what it's worth, I don't remember ever seeing that guy in DBO. Though I also only made it 3/4 of the way through what they released of the game.

Name pun is moderately clever, even if a bit lazy too, since it would just translate to "Barbarian" in English.

No, I don't think. I've seen thousands of images about the game, including all files and designs that were never used, and I've never seen this character. Even the design style doesn't resemble the style that was used in DB Online. Neither seems a villain who may belong to the army of Miira and Towa. Nor it has the appearance of someone who may belong to the Frieza Army. In addition, the game doesn't speak of other planets (except Earth, Namek and Yardrat).

The only thing that this character reminds me is the leader of the aliens on the planet Mogina, from DB Super chapter 2.

It could be an alien from a planet destroyed by Beerus and we have never seen in the series? Or it could be a character we see in the extended scenes of the future version of the film "Fukkatsu no F"? Maybe an alien destroyed by Frieza in his training?

This character is very rare, and I think that is completely unknown and exclusive for DB Heroes in this moment.
