Vegeta is the second-strongest. I say he bursts in, kills Bido (or whatever this guy's name is) then is himself taken out.

Trunks, now the sole survivor of two apocalyptic fights, goes frogspawn-chewing nutters and laughs until the Bojack gang is thoroughly creeped out and leaves.

I'd be satisfied with this special if one or all of these things happen:

-Street Fighter's Akuma teleports in, obliterates Bojack with the Shun Goku Satsu and then fights the remaining heroes and villains. RANDOM CAMEO FTW!

-Zangya strips off and proceeds to rape Vegeta while a recently awoken Kuririn watches and cries while pleasuring himself
-The second part of what Rocketman said
-Goku teleports in and tries to do something
-Kame-sennin, Chaozu, Yajirobe, Mr. Satan, Bulma, Chi-Chi or someone else arrives at the battlefield
-Somewhat comical deaths

But this is not made for us. It's Salagir and Gogeta Jr's lovechild that they share with us. That's why they actually don't need the specials. They are, like, messing with our heads.
They know we hate the specials. Salagir reads the comments. Hell, he even responds to the rage with a cold and indifferent "so?".
It's their way to say fuck-you to the Dragonball fans that surf the internet due to some now unknown wrongdoing that happened to them a long time ago. They give us a taste of something that can actually be good (mind you that we haven't got anything EXCELLENT yet!), then it's a helluva long break and a slab of shit thrown so hard in your face that a piece is stuck between your teeth and won't come loose.
The manga will become excellent, and I think that they will make a special exellent too (Scarz's being probably the one), just to bring in some Gary Stu character like Broly in again, again and AGAIN.

I have made an altered version to "Who's your daddy" by Lordi to symbolize what goes through Salagir's mind:
