It airs 2:45 AM every Saturday/Sunday morning.
Damn! How do they expect people to watch it ?

Also, higashide is a god! He's animated pretty much all of the short but good fights. I don't even know what Super would be without him.
Well anime in general is typically aired at bizarre times. As for Higashide, yes he is amazing. I plan on watching One Piece Film Gold just because of his involvement. Was it ever confirmed whether or not he animated the spat between Goten and Trunks in episode 78?

Most of the TV anime air in late-night slots like that one.

Well, that's either the production improving, or Futoshi Higashide is just so good.

I just thought one day he'll solo an episode. Lol.
Speaking of Highashide, what do you guys think is his best work on the show?

For me, its definitely his work on the Goku vs Gohan fight in #75

When Goku punched Zamasu with the back of his fist. That one was enough for me

To be fair, that scene wasn't particularly well animated.

Do you guys really think that this thread is a "circlejerk"? I was just listening to the Kanzenshuu podcast and they mentioned it there. I think it's a bit of an exaggeration ,since there are people here who love Tate, filter, etc but there are also ones who hate it and we're cool with it . Or maybe I'm over thinking this ,let it go
Feel free to correct me if I say something wrong.

There was nothing particularly impressive about that scene, but yes, Futoshi did animate it as well as all the other action in the episode.

I just found this today in my Facebook, and what did they said? They said that the guy who drew the 1995 suck. But, said that Fusion Reborn is the best animated Dragon Ball piece ever. And, some are still praising the 1995 one. But knowing this kind of picture in my Facebook is so annoying. Or rather this shouldn't exist, ever.
Image
This is what you call an inbetween animation, freaks on Facebook.

Well, the good thing is. We can use these as references (1995 one). Lol
I'm bad at English and still learning. If there's anything wrong, please correct me. :D

The battle against animation ignorance goes in the dragonball fandom goes poorly, with the majority still thinking we are stinky poo poo faces who know nothing about animation or are unable to see it due to the dozens of layers of fat that replace our necks and make us constantly looking upwards so we don't suffocate on our multiple chins.

The battle against animation ignorance in the dragonball ball fandom goes poorly, with a large majority of the fandom still believing that Yamamuro is the best animator to have ever graced this beautiful franchise with his gorgeous animation and art, easily beating out everything ever made in the past, and especially everything ever made in today's dragonball. :(

If I were to say when Dragonball would visually improve as a series, my reply would be when all politicians stop being corrupt sell-outs who get paid millions of dollars and are also blithering idiots.

I hoped you enjoyed this incoherent mess of a post.

I always suffer from something like this, something about nonesense hate. I'm just expressing and sharing my feelings and thought, because this thread contains people that could understand. Well, that's why I'm so attached to this thread. But, I'm really hoping that they could do something that a world-level anime do in the future.

After rewatching the BoG arc, I thought everything was better there. The storyboards, and animation. Both are so good.
They could keep up the animations/battle for 30 minutes.
Then RoF came with bad news.

So different from FT's arc, they just go back and forth to keep the animations.

He's probably doing some backend stuff, so locked down the site. You can still access it here - http://test.animatorscorner.com/

It was very average stuff, I'm afraid. Fine for Super but certainly nothing to write home about - especially in the grand scheme of things. I'll be very surprised if your Booru upload makes it through moderation.

While on this thread, you have to raise your standards on what counts as a highlight.

Ajay also turned down my suggestion of submitting Ken Otsuka's spirit sword scene from #66, which in hindsight, while very solid work by Super's standard and was definitely something I really enjoyed, wasn't a booru worthy highlight.

I mean I won't act like it's a series highlight but I very much enjoyed how smooth and brisk the sequence was. And not that whether or not it gets past moderation matters to me, but I've certainly seen less impressive on booru.

Plus this may just be me but Goten and Trunks appeared to have been drawn to look a bit older. Gotta give props for that long overdue detail.
