I don't remember much of the movie, so I can't recall, if they ever met on screen.

I'm assuming he would know who the hero is/was since they existed at the same time and was thanks to him that the beast was sealed in him.

That shadowy character's pointy ear looks a bit different about a dot or something that all of villains doesn't have. He must be a new fan character that Salagir made. If he's not, then we'll see who's that person in the shadow soon.

No because weapons are allowed and she technically isn't receiving help from an external source, since she brought it up there herself.

Not exactly the same, but Gotenks (U16 & U18) didn't get disqualified for defusing, so Videl shouldn't either.

This is going to be interesting though...

Okay, so now we're going to go into another special chapter, which will take a month to finish, and by the time we get back the old Kaioshin will have finished bringing out Videl's potential and the fight will continue!

But all jest aside, this is taking an interesting twist.
