It seems to depend on the character. Note's hair gets longer, but Beserk's stays the same for the avatars. So it's probably just whatever the hell they feel like doing when they create it.

(Though it might also be worth a wait to see how the game model handles it. Card art isn't always the most accurate of things, as designs can vary by artist.)

The card is for SS3. We don't know yet if that means he doesn't have 1 or 2. We'll have to wait and see if he has the other forms in the game missions, similar to Xeno Trunks and Bardock with the mission showing SS2 without a card existing for it.

That could be true. Honestly, would've liked one of those multiple transformation cards that let you go from Base to SS1, or SS3 depending on conditions. If it is just Base and SS3, and no SS1 or 2 form in a mission or anything... It wouldn't be surprising to me.

This is just too amazing. The weakest villain and Saiyan from Dragon Ball Z turned to be a Super Saiyan 3! without passing on the other forms. Nerf that guy Bandai! Raditz is the new Saiyan Rapunzel.

As far as character art goes, that makes it all the more striking. I'd think a few bangs would suffice for variety, at least. I'm surprised his Super Saiyan 3 didn't reference his brother with opposite ends or something similar. We'll just have to see where it goes from here, if they recycle further or not.

This is both awful and amazing at the same time. I absolutely love it because in and of itself its ridiculous in typical DB fashion but looks like when its time to get down to business and get serious it can do the job visually.

If Super Saiyan is not the way, I don't even know what to say about this.

Super Saiyan 3 right off the bat, not even Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan 2, but Super Saiyan 3. Why Dimps loves so much this form? What's so good about it? Why can't Dimps love more the other two forms? Dimps, what are you doing? You weren't like that in the past six years!

Also, the length of the hair is one of the many reasons Raditz shouldn't get even the Super Saiyan form. That is why Goku cut Gohan's hair, to make it less terrible.

By seeing that he doesn't have any eyebrows. I think that the kanjis are on the reverse side of the cards.

Like Xeno Bardock and Xeno Trunks, I hope there is a mission showing Raditz going from base, passing through Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and reaching Super Saiyan 3. At least we would be done with Raditz right off at the start, and we'd be back to the track that leads us to some attention to King Vegeta and maybe Tarble.

Still. Super Saiyan 3 Raditz DOES look pretty badass, to me.

Still, there's another thing I want to ask. Xenoverse 2 Spoilers ahead.

[spoiler]With Bardock: Xeno's forms bleeding into Xenoverse 2, will we get to see content from that in Super DBH? Maybe the Supervillain forms, but if we haven't seen the XV1 Fiendish guys, that might not be a high priority.
But the main thing we MIGHT end up seeing is likely Final Form Mira. However, Towa has to stay alive/unabsorbed for the Dark Empire Arc plot to go. Would we still get him?[/spoiler]
