The Heroes avatar characters and Bardock as well. Sometimes Vegeta too, if you give SS to a Saiyan Arc costume in games that allow it.

Both Bardock and GT Goku have a couple instances of blonde tails though.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.
My personal "canon" and BP list. (Coming Soon)

Yeah, that is weird. One time we see GT SSJ3 Goku with gold tail in the anime and after that he has a brown one in Heroes trailers, also as a SSJ3.

EX Gohanks is already in DBH, plus some of the other fusions with Tekka and Pinich are already in Dokkan Battle.
1) Does anyone have any ideas as to why Raditz was given Super Saiyan 3 before Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2?

2) Also, why in the duck did they decide to stop revealing new Super Saiyan 4s?
'Cause there would not be much of a difference between SS, SS2 & SS3 Raditz.

Now that the 2 SEC cards for this set are revealed let's analyze them and see if they are actually any good.

SH1-SEC Raditz (SSJ3)

BS Type
HP: 3700
Power: 4000
Guard: 2500

That is an absurd amount of health. Even more health than Tarble who is considered the king tank of DBH. Unfortunately, his Guard and HP are both fairly lackluster but we will talk more about his Guard in a second.

Sparking Card Action Ability with an additional effect of dealing 3.5x damage upon victory of standard Sparking Mode. I believe this is the strongest Sparking ability in the game to date. Granted, it is debatable that Sparking is the worst Card Action Ability in the game, a 3.5x damage increase to anything is pretty powerful, and will push this card to be included in teams that strive to drag matches out until rounds 3, 4, and even 5.

His passive ability grants him 2,000 Power and Guard at the start of every turn as well as replenishing all of his Ki. Effects that consistently increase Guard are extremely extremely rare in this game and could make this card a very useful tool in decks that drag games out longer than we've seen in recent meta-games. Although at first glance he seemed to be very powerful to me, SSJ3 Raditz has some dire flaws: He can be stunned. Throughout the history of DBH, every single tank that has been at the forefront of the meta has been immune to stuns. I see this being a major issue moving forward because as more and more Battle Power manipulation effects come into play, having all of your cards contributing to the Battle Power measurements every turn will be absolutely essential. When a unit is stunned, they have no Ki and therefore cannot participate in contributing Battle Power to the team. The second issue I have with this card is that as a tank, he will rely too much on his ever-growing Guard stat. In this game it is not good to invest all of your assets into one stat. There are many cards with abilities to bypass Guard and Damage Reduction upon lock-on activation such as HGD6-SEC2 Full Power SSJ4 Broly, so if SSJ3 Raditz begins to see even a small amount of play, cards like Broly that I just mentioned will just crush Raditz. On the other hand, with 7 cards per team now there may be merit in including "off-tanks" to teams in order to fulfill roles that we have never even seen before. We shall have to wait and see.

Super Attack: Weekend, costs 3 Energy.

5.5/10 for now.

SH1-SEC2 Vegito (SSJB)

EL Type
HP: 2200
Power: 8200
Guard: 1500

Before I go into details about this card at all, I just wanted to say wow. THIS CARD IS NUTTY. Vegito Blue might actually be better than Tarble. I don't even know how it is possible for them to print a card better than Tarble. I don't remember the last time I was so hyped for a card. But at the same time I am genuinely scared of what is going to happen to the meta especially because he is an EL type. That means he is an auto-include in Frieza/Kuriza aggro teams and is more than capable of completely obliterating any enemy in one round! Well, let's start the analysis I guess.

Damn impressive Power stat, which I am genuinely surprised is that high considering his Passive and Lock-on abilities will directly scale off of it.

Lock-on Card Action Ability that increasing the Charge Impact speed of the target Enemy and increases Vegito Blue's Super Attack damage by 3x!!!!!! Wtf were the developers thinking when they decided this ability was okay??? I don't really know what else to say other than this is easily the most overpowered Lock-on ability I have ever seen. Oh and by the way, if you thought that was overpowered let's move onto his Passive Ability.....

Vegito Blue's Passive ability gives a further 2x boost to Super Attack damage as well as reducing enemy Energy to ZERO if you have 10 Energy. I expect every single team from now on to run at least 3 cards that destroy enemy Energy. HGD4-SEC Dabura: Xeno will for sure see a huge surge in play-ability just because of the enormous threat of Vegito Blue. Let's cut to the chase: If your opponent plays Vegito Blue and you do not have at least 2 cards that manipulate enemy Energy in some way, you will lose the game. Simple as that. Vegito Blue's Super attack will deal 6x normal damage with his Lock-on ability and Passive active. And by the way, this is multiplying an already very high Power stat. To make matters worse, HGD5-43 SSJ4 Goku: GT make an excellent partner with Vegito Blue because he is also an EL type and he boosts Power and Guard by yet another 2x when Battle Power is above 11,000. Vegito Blue will undoubtedly usher in a new age of aggressive teams that will try to end the game on turn 1. The insane part is that even if the opponent somehow manages to survive, this card's passive ability will continue to activate every round you have 10 Energy.

Super Attack: Final Kamehameha, costs 8 Energy.

And to top it all off, he comes with an Ultimate Unit Effect that slightly slows down the Charge Impact speed of all allies when Beerus and Future Trunks are on the same team, costs 3 Energy. Future Trunks and Beerus are both pretty good cards but I don't think this effect will come into play too often because you almost always will be running a full EL type team with Vegito Blue to take full advantage of his aggressive nature.

I fail to see a consistent counter to this card just like there has never really been a consistent counter to Tarble since his release. The main difference between Vegito Blue and Tarble though is Vegito kills you in round 1, so you literally cannot do anything to counter him unless you got lucky and brought the right cards to deal with him. That is why this card will fundamentally change the DBH meta and I think we need to start praising Vegito Blue.

9.5/10. (Not a 10/10 because he can be countered by yet another Vegito Blue).

Well that is my analysis for the 2 SEC cards of the first set for SDBH, SSJ3 Raditz and Vegito Blue. I hope you enjoyed my rather long write-up but I feel that these cards, especially Vegito, deserved the praise.

HOLY CRAP. Vegetto Blue's overpoweredness is fitting, I'd say.
Vegeta: How?! How are you so much more powerful than me?!
Goku Black: Because Vegeta, a rose by any other name.... is still Goku.

Please don't quote long post like that, especially when they're right about your own, without putting them in a spoiler tag.

That said, the in-depth analysis of the cards is nice. I wish we had that kind of coverage for what the game passes as "story".

Sorry 'bout that. Kinda new here after all. Still, should get the hang of the forum before long.

Agreed on the "story" of Heroes. Still, most of the time, the "story arcs" in Heroes are just fights, without too much (if any) context at all. Hopefully, Super DB Heroes' missions are ACTUAL stories.

But knowing DBH... My hopes are low on that happening.

Since no one brought up this matter so far, I'll be the one to do that.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes will have Zamasu and Goku Black to fuse with the latter being in his base rather than in his Super Saiyan Rosé form, still, Merged Zamasu has the same hair as if Goku Black was transformed into Super Saiyan Rosé. Should that tell us something?

This was probably done because the only Goku Black Super Saiyan Rosé card that exists is the God Mission 10 SEC card. The developers probably thought it was pretty unreasonable to require players to have an SEC card just to use this new fusion card.

The God Mission series actually has some "story" to it. Like the last set with Demigra's castle. It told us that Vegeta: Xeno was captured and enslaved as the Black-Masked Saiyan while investigating Demigra. There's probably at least a little bit more than we actually know of stuff like that, since most of us aren't actually playing the game for every fight in every mission and aren't capable of reading the text or listening to Trunks' narration when it does pop up. We only have the videos players decide to record and only have translations when someone feels like it.

Probably nothing. It's not like there aren't other cards out there that don't line up perfectly with what the series showed us. Like having Super Bebi (not 2) transform into Ozaru Bebi.

There was also the V-Jump promo from a month or two ago, isn't there?

Oh yeah you're right. November issue had an SSR Black card. Forgot about that one. Still though, only having 2 cards available for a possible fusion is pushing it a little bit.

In-game confirmation that SS3 Raditz has a hair problem. The tips of his golden locks clip through the stage floor, even when he floats.

Honestly, I think all of us knew that SS3 Raditz would have hair problems. Hopefully, the next set will have his SS & SS2 forms.

So, what is your opinion of Super DBH compared to the original game?

I am not in Japan right now so I can't take any gameplay footage myself but as soon as I can find a nice clip of Vegito Blue I will share it with you guys and break down why he is so good.
