Well I see this list to be a popularity list and Goku got #1 since he was voted to be number #1 (no different then Wolverine beating Lobo in the Marvel vs. DC comics). If I was going to make this list then either Pegasus Seiya or Tenchi Masaki would be #1 on the list IMHO.
Oh, uh...I wasn't thinking of Gods in Guyver, if it sounded that way. Just that I could probably name a few things stronger than Guyvers, but I thought Guyvers fit in with the other entries on this list better than, say, the Lord of Nightmares from Slayers.
Edit: Also, I agree with Tenchi Masaki. In the OVAs, anyway. There isn't really a manga based on the part that shows him at his most powerful, but I guess the novels assume it.
Then again, I wonder if this list was really limited to comics. I've heard that in Japan, sometimes manga is used to refer to both comics and cartoons.

I take it you haven't read all the chapters then.
Dark Schneider is so overpowered it's not even funny ergo he uses
Judas Priest and goodbye Goku.
