What's the best way to beat Nail's boss mode since I find it almost impossible to win against both Freeza in his 100% and Mecha Forum with 1% heath.

How do you unlock Use "Seal Near Death Start 1" since I can't find it in my Items list?
Re: "Raging Blast 2" (PS3/360) Help Thread
All the "Seal" items are unlocked by completing the Perfect Action Battles with all the Perfect Actions.Hellspawn28 wrote:How do you unlock Use "Seal Near Death Start 1" since I can't find it in my Items list?
The other item that helped me through those missions was "Health Auto-Recover". Just run away, wait for at least a bar of health to regenerate, and then attack.
I'd say just keep going through the Galaxies, beating the Perfect Action Battles if certain fights get too hard.

Just keep playing Galaxy Mode. You unlock a character after each one.Hellspawn28 wrote:How do you unlock Bardock, by the way?

Hey there. In tournament mode I keep unlocking this random "play-by-play" voices, I have no clue what they mean. Does it mean extra commentary or something? Cuz the commentary seems to always be the same no matter how much I unlock... What else is there to unlock here? I unlocked some modes once and seem to randomly be unlocking some pics.

Tried that, didn't work. Seal Near Death Start 3 doesn't work either. Also, does anyone have any tips on how to beat Nappa's mission where you have to beat Goku on Very Hard difficulty before Raging Soul runs out? Those missions drive me crazy.

It appears that it doesn't work when you use it in a battle where you have to "battle to the very limit" with zero health. Meaning it's the win condition that you must go through to win, but there are also other "start with zero health" matches where you can use it, that doesn't require you to "battle to the very limit".roidrage wrote:Tried that, didn't work.Goku100xKamehameha wrote:Use "Seal Near Death Start 1"?Hellspawn28 wrote:What's the best way to beat Nail's boss mode since I find it almost impossible to win against both Freeza in his 100% and Mecha Forum with 1% heath.

Put Melee all the way up and bash his face in. Works for me everytime. As for the "Near Death Start" missions, I fucking hate them, I do mean I HATE them, they're pointless and stupid and there's no real way to win with skill, you either win by sheer luck or "cheat" with items.roidrage wrote:Tried that, didn't work. Beat Saibamen's story and get unexpected blow for the Raging Soul missions. With the ability to use Ki things will go a lot smoother.

Since Ultimate Blast seems to be pretty terrible, I guess I will be sticking to this for my main DBZ game of the gen. I've been trying to find out what all the DLC is exactly and whether it's worth getting, any insights on that?

What DLC and how would you plan on buying it?Super Vejito wrote:Since Ultimate Blast seems to be pretty terrible, I guess I will be sticking to this for my main DBZ game of the gen. I've been trying to find out what all the DLC is exactly and whether it's worth getting, any insights on that?
The only "DLC" available was the games version of Tenkaichi's "Red Potara" characters, which featured fairly unoriginal recolored costumes for some of the characters. It is nearly impossible to get them all, as most of them were limited to the European Limited Edition, with the others used as pre-order bonuses giving you certain character depending on where you bought it. There were a couple of giveaways for some of them a while back, but that has been over for a long time...
Personally, I've only got Vegeta and Yamcha when I bought it from Walmart, but that's not really who I wanted. lol Still upset that I can't get the other characters; Goku, "Teen" Gohan, Gogeta, Vegetto, Trunks (Sword), Piccolo, Tullece, Bardock, 18, 17, Kuririn, Broli...I think that is it. I really wanted Goku, Piccolo, Trunks, Tullece, Bardock, 17 and 18. lol

That explains why all mentions of DLC I've seen were so vague. Looking on XBL Marketplace myself I can only find the demo, so I guess there's nothing to expand upon the game that I can actually get. =/ I suppose that makes additional character DLC for Ultimate Blast rather unlikely too.

I'm having trouble performing 15 hit combos with a lot of characters (at the moment I have that problem with Cell) any suggestions on how to reliably pull one off?
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

It's been many months since I've played the game, but I seem to recall that it was easier to get high combo counts in Raging Soul mode.Saiga wrote:I'm having trouble performing 15 hit combos with a lot of characters (at the moment I have that problem with Cell) any suggestions on how to reliably pull one off?
