That's pretty much how I feel about it. It's part of the episode. Even if GT were never made at all and the NEP advertised something that, for whatever reason, never came to be, it would still be part of the episode.
Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
Like the second Dr. Slump anime, which premiered in the 7PM slot after Dragon Ball GT! Speaking of which, did GT #64 end with a NEP of the second Dr. Slump anime? O.o A GT Dragon Box should include it, if one was included.TonyTheTiger wrote:That's pretty much how I feel about it. It's part of the episode. It's there because it's part of that particular Dragon Ball Z episode. This isn't hinting at anything.Daimo-Rukiri wrote:The GT NEP kinda bothers me, I know that was supposed to be there but why add it if they're not going to do a GT dbox? Unless this is an egg hinting at yes they are?

Was anyone surprised and disappointed at the cover art they chose for the dragon book with this set. I was hoping they would use the art for the cover of the 2nd dragon book in japan! Oh well thank goodness Z is complete

Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
Just got mine in the mail today. I'm a bit annoyed that Dbox 7 is a bit taller than the rest of them, but after 12 years of collecting the VHS tapes and DVDs, I have finally completed my goal of owning the entire series in the best quality!

Isn't Rightstuf supposed to ship my Dragonbox right about now? I just recently ordered it with 2nd day shipping two days ago and I haven't been charged yet.

Yes, GT #64 had a NEP of Dr. Slump before the ending credits. For your information, surprisingly, the original run of the Latin American Spanish dub had it as well. I doubt that they will include something from the other anime, though.JulieYBM wrote:Like the second Dr. Slump anime, which premiered in the 7PM slot after Dragon Ball GT! Damn, that sucks. Toei and Shueisha own both titles, which are from the same author, so I would not think it would be an issue. Still, it's nice to know that Dragon Ball GT did end with a next episode preview for Doctor Slump.kei17 wrote:Yes, GT #64 had a NEP of Dr. Slump before the ending credits. I feel your pain. I have ordered all the previous Dragon Boxes exclusively from Rightstuf, but I went with Amazon this time around. Normally I'd have paid the extra $5 in exchange to get it early from Rightstuf, but then I'd still have to buy more in order to get the total up to $50 for the free shipping. At Amazon, I only had to spend $20 total because of some promotional credit I'd racked up.Plague-Memories wrote:Curse Amazon for not shipping until at least the 11th!

I still have to buy the sixth before I can buy the seventh, so I'm even more envious of people who own the entire collection early. But, whatever, good for you guys. I'll get my last two pretty soon.
So mondo lame.

Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
I ordered mine some time late last week with two day shipping as well. It hasn't shipped either. I think it's a first-order\first-ship type of system they have going at RightStuf.OWmyDragonBallz wrote:Isn't Rightstuf supposed to ship my Dragonbox right about now? That's odd. Mine shipped yesterday with an arrival today.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:I feel your pain. Amazon usually does this, well at least that has been my scenario with many releases.

So has anyone heard if Funimation is going to release the Dragonball Dragonbox? I'm not going to be buying those blue season sets until I have too. Here's hoping for dragonball now
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
Speaking of Dragonball, I've got the complete 2003 Saga sets, with the less-than-desirable edited Trimark Saga of Goku double-set. Will likely not upgrade to a Dragon Ball Dragon Box unless it's a fantastic bargain, as the Original Saga sets are great! It just sucks that the US never got the unedited Saga of Goku for that run... I don't want to buy the Blue Season One set as it's got episodes 1-31 and I only need episodes 1-13. Does anyone know where I can buy a copy of the Australian Saga of Goku 2003 release?samuraix123 wrote:So has anyone heard if Funimation is going to release the Dragonball Dragonbox?
