You can tell from his vein marks that he's highly pressurized and infuriated, no doubt by Kakarrot and his wacky antics. He must be going for a long night drive on his new motorcycle that Bulma bought him for their anniversary.

Judging from the speed marks and distortion, he appears to be going in excess of 300mph! Better hope a cop doesn't find you Vegeta, so you'd better slow down!

Bye Bye bikey. Bulma's going to be furious now.
