Oh, I'd recognize that one anywhere. It's Goku explaining the origins of Oceanus Shenron the 6 star dragon to Pan. Oceanus says she was created by a wish for underwear and Pan says "Did she say underwear?!" And Goku says the quote while explaining Oolong's wish. It happens in episode 17 of GT season 2.

Wait, do we have to say the episode in terms of the original Japanese series or the English version? Because in the Funi dub the first saga was cut out of the story.

Okay, I just checked and both the English and Japanese versions of GT have the full Season 1 (1-34) and Season 2(1-30) sets, and the Oceanus thing is indeed in episode 17 of season 2. What's taking so long, dude?
