Why the hell is it funny to them? OK ningen cant comprehend their virtues but why the fuck are they laughing when they rid U9?

Sure, he's a cute child-like character, but it's getting harder to like Zen-Oh when gets such quick enjoyment out of instantly annihilating millions and millions of lives like it's nothing.

I don't like Zeno, per-se. His design is too flat for me. But he is absolutely terrifying and I find that fascinating. Even his simplistic design is kind of terrifying, like a Lovecraftian Hey Arnold. But it's mainly the power he wields and how he uses it based on his feelings from one moment to the next. It's like Toriyama's commentary on temperamental gods in general.

Haha I almost made tge Hey Arnold comparison too! Funny.

Episode 98 made me realize how brilliant his character really is. He isnt a nice kid. Lol

Hes like the kid with psychic powers in Twilight Zone if anyone has seen that episode lol.

Yeah, Zeno's definitely a football head or its cosmic equivalent. Good call on the comparison to the psychic kid from Twilight Zone. I just saw a clip of the characters saying all those sweet things to him, trying their best to make sure he's happy while being secretly terrified of him. That describes Zeno in a nutshell. I also like how he's a character with such a mixed reaction in the fan base.

I like the opening of the tournament when Zeno busts out of the doors saying" Hey everybody, thanks for coming?" Everyone else is like? What "Thanks"? We had no choice you sick psycho! The he laughs as he murders trillions of innocent lives. This is just one big game to him. So no, fuck Zeno. I'm hoping they piss each other off so that they double erase each other. Then the true right king of all will emerge! All hail the Daishinkan-sama!!

I thought that was so awkward too! "Thanks For Coming!" like...seriously? I was waiting for him to happily explain there would be a game room with chips and dip for the winners in some strange display of murderous hospitality.

Like...a serial killer ties you up and asks you to watch some TV before making you fight your family to see who is allowed to live.
