Thanks, Kunzait_83 came through for me and created one. :D
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

Common sense dictates that Metallic is one of the many robots Gero made for the Red Ribbon Army, but there were many theories that Metallic may have specifically been one of the first 7 androids. I don't think any official source ever comfirmed this.

Nope, no such thing is stated anywhere. And the title page for chapter 367 doesn't give any details about #1-#7 and #9-#15, other than that they all had various problems. It would have been mentioned if he were one of them.

Plus, why wouldn't he be called Jinzôningen #__?

Agreed. That's why I stopped believing said theories.

Because he had a rank in the Red Ribbon Army? If he were one of the first ones given to the army, it's possible they gave him a designation. Enter several other robots, so they got fed up of naming them.

Does anyone know what the Dragonball GT Perfect Files states concerning Dr. Mu’s powers and abilities?

Gt is to mutch a joke, and goku used his kame 100 times over again.
Goku chibi alone is stronger normale no ssj ,Then the whole z soldiers
And goku turns super saiya-jin 4 like the old hulk show the clothin grows,
On him, and story and fighting scenes are poor, but its dragonball so you should buy itt anyway.
