Toriyama forgot that Super Saiyan 2 existed, so he assumed that Super Saiyan 3 was Super Saiyan 2. As for Toriyama, I don't think he made any mistake. Toriyama never changed the clothes through Super Saiyan forms, while Toei always did that. I guess Toei didn't notice the change in base Goku's boots when making the movie, but only noticed it in the SSGod design.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

They never changed due to Goku transforming.

In Toei's minds, yes. But not in Toriyama's mind obviously, judging from his designs.

Kuririn should have no undershirt throughout the entire movie 2

Like here:

Image

And this shot he has an undershit:

Image

Now I have a theory about the mistake. The first time Kuririn has an undershirt on is Chapter 247 which was released on October 23rd or 24th of 1989. http://www.kanzenshuu.com/manga/chp-247/ Now considering that DBZ movie 2 was released on March, 1990 I bet they were already starting to produde the film on October, 1989. So they may have read the recently published chapter and saw Kuririn with the undershirt and make this mistake. Or they might have confused him with Gokuu, who has an undershirt and was drawn with it a couple of shots earlier. Or it may be a simple slip of the mind without a reason.
Whatever it was, it's certainly fun to analyze these things!

Edited it so the pictures are immediately visible.

How about Krilling having a Super Saiyan aura complete with sound effects in Bio Broly?

Covered that a couple pages ago :P
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Hello everybody, nice forum. Few days ago I watched Wrath of the Dragon (13th movie) for the first time, I found this which is a pretty 'big' mistake if you ask me:

First this, the larva form from whcih will be born the final form:
Image

Then this which is the error, it should be still the larva form. Instead it's the first normal form:
Image

Finally we have this, larva form again, cracking the shell:

Indeed! Welcome to the Forum! I've watched that movie many times and never noticed that. :D Going to watch Super Android 13 tonight. I think we may have covered some errors from that movie if my memory is correct? :P Oh well, maybe we'll find more haha

I hope it's okay if I post in this topic again? If not I apologize..I wasn't sure if I should make a ''Newer'' one.
I was watching episode 53 of Kai and noticed...It looks as if freeza has 3 arms? the one is obviously cut off but it looks like they drew him a new one? could it be his back leg??
