What do you use to animate? I was thinking Flash but it's hard to tell.

It's really difficult to achieve that sketchy look in flash (if not downright impossible) considering that every drawing you make in the program is a vector image. The closest I can get to that look is using the brush tool with the pen pressure sensitivity turned on. But even then, it won't look like it does in photoshop.
