Anyway, I find this scene interesting. Are they hinting at more Bebi infected characters to come in GM4? Or are they just using using an alternate interpretation of Bebi infecting the people of Earth?

Everytime I see a new transformation from this game it just makes me more sad that America doesn't have it...

Why would they go with a whole new SSJ transformation when they so many characters to tack on SSJ1-SSJ4?

Last time I checked, Super Saiyan 3 was a transformation that actually existed in canon. From giving it to Trunks: GT to a "Super Saiyan 5" Goku is quite a stretch.

Every Super Saiyan 3 has been given to an adult. Both versions of Trunks are adults, one in late 20's the other in early 30's. So if anything, by logic, I would assume they would give it to Gohan: GT.
And don't come marching in with Gotenks, he's a magical fusion, and Goku: GT because he could turn Super Saiyan 3 already.

So in retrospect, I would see them giving Super Saiyan 3 to Gohan: GT, Goten: GT, Vegeta: GT and Vegetto. Maybe Pan will get Super Saiyan as well. For Super Saiyan 4's, it's too early, but I can see Vegetto getting it, maybe, if he even gets 3.

While Vegetto is a logical choice, canonically he appeared once and cannot appear ever again. So... Logically he would not have the opportunity to ascend to further forms. This is why I think he might not get new forms at all.

Freeza shouldn't be able to send Bardock into the past to gain the SS transformation, Broli's SS3 version shouldn't be buff, Trunks' hair shouldn't grow to his ass when he still has half his bowl cut, GT Trunks shouldn't get a form just because his future self has it, etc. I don't really think logic matters, but seeing how each set of cards isn't just focused on GT, they could theoretically revisit the Buu Arc and give Vegetto the new transformation along with Buu's what-if absorptions from B2 if they really wanted, or even create a GT "Teen" Vegetto and given the original version the form along side it.

Honestly, I think they'll do whatever they want, regardless of logic. It's just a game. I mean, players can havie a team of 5 Vegettos, how does that make sense? =P

Fair point, but it still seems to me that it follows some logic. But like you say, you never know what kind of curve ball they'll throw next.

And yeah I don't see why they're not using previous "What-If" models. Also don't see why they ignored the first three movies and the 2008 special. Doesn't seem like they're doing much to catch up on that, they seem to be rehashing the same characters over and over again; I mean, the ones besides GT. I would be happy if we at least saw the glorious return of Yamhan.

I thought that was obvious. I only gave everyone one guess at the SEC. lol

There is a minute chance that he's not in the set at all, but it would be a tad bit ridiculous to make him the focus of GM3's menu screen and commercial, and not have him available for months.

I swear the stuff they come up with these days is terrible. The only original idea I like is DBO even though we can't play it.

I don't know how you can call it horribly written fan-fiction, only one of the forms has a story behind it (SS Badrock), and only one of the others has a hint of story to it (SS3 Trunks). For everyone else, these transformations that are being given to characters are nothing more than playable what-if designs. Don't like them? Ignore them. I don't see the point in some 'fans' bitching about them, they effect nothing in the grand scheme of things.

The only original idea I like is DBO even though we can't play it.
