Yeah it's a fun game, though, of the 1000 cars only 200 premium have cockpit view and damage activated, while the rest are standard which are 500 cars (neither have these features). GT went with quantity over quality, which is a shame.
Race Driver GRID 1 had cockpit view for every single car and the damage to the vehicles was realistic. Realistic damage still isn't in Forza's and Gran Turismo's DNA and probably will never be since we're by the 5th of Forza and 9th of Gran Turismo and no major improvement has been done off of it.
Anyway, I was thinking of buying the cartridge Dragon Ball for NES but after seeing this French guy's review (couldn't understand most of what he said because I forgot the French language many years ago) I was turned off from making that mistake but the Dragon Ball fanboy inside of me might still make me buy it if I find it cheap enough to consider.

So when are we going to get an announcement on the game?

Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

There really isn't a clear cut answer to this. The Facebook page that was teasing the release of information has, last I heard, just stopped communicating with fans. I don't live in Europe and can't access the page, but if I had to guess I'd imagine Namco-Bandai Japan is trying to keep things hush-hush until they are ready. However, we are approaching the typical time frame for which we get new information about these games. We might get a title and tease from this months V-Jump which is later in the month; it would be the last chance to preview anything before E3. I'd say E3 is the last stop for any chance of news. If nothing happens then, I don't think anything worth talking about will be coming out this year. It's all just guess though.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?
Namco Bandai hasn't posted anything, the most recent post of theirs is from 23 April.
The one saying what everyone already knows:
Wow 100 000 fans! You are simply amazing.
So, we have your attention now?
Ok good thing because this page will burst with great new content during the upcoming months!
What! Is this another teasing?!?....Sure it is, because great news need great expectation.
The plan to conquer the world continues…
If this is Raging Blast 3 then it can't be too bad, the second was all right.

IDK it could easily backfire.

Not really. Need animation is new animation. Even with the few drawings used for the Ultimate Blast cut scenes they were still entertaining. Of course, I'd love it if the cut scenes were given some real love, like fight scenes with key animation by Shida Naotoshi, Oonishi Ryou, Tate Naoki, and any other animators Yamamuro Tadayoshi can round up. It'd be awesome if he could get Kurita Shin'ichi back.

EoB wasn't that good. Also I hope they do the story like Budokai 1 again. I want a game with Budokai 1 like story (includes BoG's, and goes to GT) Tenkaichi 3/RB2 or Infinite World with clashes (beam and fist) gameplay (no dragon rush or hyper mode), Animated or game graphic cutscenes, Create a character mode that doesn't suck and is extremely limited, good voice acting (they half ass these some times or reuse old sound clips), Lots and lots of what ifs, and at least a soundtrack that rivals the budokai games or tenkaichi 2.

Well if you still believe anything Namco Bandai say, this month most likely. In a comment the Community Manager for Namco Bandai said:
'Why do you think we are raising popularity? Just for fun? No, you didn't get it. We just want to have as much attention as possible to announce something. Nothing less, nothing more. That's why we 'reactivated' the DBZ community on this page. The whole thing about 'A game is going to be announced if we reach 100 000 fans' is a misinterpretation. Frustration and hate -which is better than disinterest- we are facing since the 100 000 confirm the expectation from community and we are dealing with this because there is still a plan.' (Which I personally think was an extremely dick-ish thing to say.)
And more supportive of an announcement this month he said:
'Let's talk about this in the coming month. I'm sure you will see things differently.'
People should enjoy these last days before the 2013 Dragon Ball Game Project is announced because afterwards all there is to it is discussions, complains and fan-wishes.
I honestly don't know what to expect from this year's game but let's see what's so precious that's worth waiting.

I want to see what the original message was because I swear they actually said 100,000 likes and you'll get more info. Then again, I can't see the page so my source of information comes from here. In any case it sounds like they were trying to create buzz throughout the community and looking at this thread it worked. I think this is the most hyped game I've seen on this site and we haven't even seen a title for the game yet.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?
Well no, they never really said 100k would bring actual news, but I'm pretty sure they knew what people would infer from their statements. Besides, it's not like they ever said "Woah, guys, hold on. We're just trying to get 100k, not revealing a new game." before people started complaining. They aren't really in a position to be taking the high ground here.

I was actually looking back and the earlier posts put on here and you're right. The only context given for this was a post that said "...100,000..?" at the end of it and that was it. No context nothing. I think people here and on the Facebook page made the conclusion themselves and in typical internet fashion, a rumor of "100,000 likes and we'll get new game news" was born. I think everyone, including myself, blew this way out of proportion. And though I can't see them, it seems the upset fans shouldn't be able to take to moral high ground either. Sounds like they've been saying some nasty things.

Oh yeah, I'm not advocating the behaviour of the fans, I was just pointing out how Bandai wasn't really all that right either. This was a mess from both sides.
They never actually said they'd give us information when it would reach 100k, solely that impression and everyone fell for it.
I wouldn't mind a new Dragon Ball game, or that it would at least have the DB story in it instead of the Saiyaaaaaan Saga to Majiiiin Buu saga. Enough with Saiyan to Buu arcs, please.
