I played the first Metal Gear Solid when I was a kid, but I was too ignorant to understand the concept of stealth.
Recently, I had the urge to try the series out with the proper mindset, and have become a fan, so I decided to make Solid Snake from the Game Boy title "Ghost Babel" my avatar. I like the 8-bit look as an avatar, and Snake don't look too bad in purple.

Felt like changing up my avatar yet again, and this time I decided to go with something completely non-DB. So I went with this nice fan-art of Donatello from the current Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series over on Nickelodeon, as he's my favorite character in it - which is a first for him.

My new avatar is an exclusive artwork by Toriyama!
Well, not exactly...
It's an exclusive gathering of two non-exclusive, side-by-side Toriyama artworks.
It's just that I wanted Toriyama's version of the Super Saiyan God, and now that I have the Chogashu (Super Art Collection), I scanned the design.
But the thing is that it's originally on a white background and I wanted something more than that, so I added the artwork just next to it - which shows Birus's home.
So the character is by Toriyama, the space background is by Toriyama at a same time period for the same movie in the same context, it's just the combination of the two that is originally not by Toriyama.
That way it's almost like a Toriyama artwork of Super Saiyan God Goku in space (at the moment of his battle with Birus).

I like the idea of SSJG forms being different for everyone and I like Gohan sightly more than Goku. The image came from Elyas and Insertclevername set the ratio so the avatar would look right.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
I like Super Buu as a villain (villains > heroes in 99% of media for me), and think that Buuhan is the best designed Buu. I decided on this specific image because now it always looks like he's smirking in amusement at whatever I type.

Somebody posted a bunch of insanely creepy-looking bootleg DBZ... things. The Vegeta one made me laugh, so I decided to make it my avatar as a joke. Then I never ended up finding another one.
This is from Tite Kubo's Dragon Ball illustration, thought Piccolo looked really cool in his style so I made it my avatar. I think I did a rather crappy job with the cropping, though.
