You're fine with overlapping discs' boxsets? That to me is always one of the worst ways to package discs, though you know what's worse than overlapping discs? Rock the Dragon Edition book.DragonBoxZTheMovies wrote:This beautiful thing came in the mail today...postage was amazingly quick.
I just love the packaging for these things and the cover art looks awesome in person.
As convenient as it'd be to simply obtain a full set of seven in one go, there's something neat about simply buying them one by one and slowly building your collection. Really makes you appreciate each individual box set.

Double posting. I just found the Chogashu on CD Japan and it was cheaper than the other listings, so I nabbed it.

Yeah! Thanks so much. Super stoked with the purchase; great price and fast shipping. Definitely one of my better TradeMe buying experiences.LordCrumb wrote:Ah you must have been my buyer on TradeMeAwesome mate.

I'm guessing this previously belonged to BluezaBladeNZ , yes? Funny how one Dragon Box has gone through three different NZ-based Kanzenshuu members.

Gotta admit, I'm surprised at how many New Zealanders were actually interested in buying the Dragon Boxes. Outside of the people on here, I didn't think there'd be that many Kiwis who knew what they were buying. The internet these days, I guess. No longer the cool kid with the weird, underground knowledge.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Ha yes they were lol. I thought about listing the 4 doubles I had individually each week, but then just went with the whole lot in one go. Had a ton of watchers on each of them.DragonBoxZTheMovies wrote:Yeah! Thanks so much. Super stoked with the purchase; great price and fast shipping. It really irks me that the lowest quality release of the manga gets the awesome Kanzenban covers.

I agree,a 3-in-1 kanzenban would be awesome, but I dont mind it (though I admit the paper could be better). The picture quality is better than the singles though.KentalSSJ6 wrote:It really irks me that the lowest quality release of the manga gets the awesome Kanzenban covers.

This.

I took a look at each and they look quite nice plus the paper quality is pretty damn nice, as well as I remember collecting posters like these when I was a kid. Good times.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
So I head on in to the Disc Replay out in Highland to see if I can find a old copy of Bushido Blade 2 for PS1 and what do I find in the store's tiny manga section?

The original Japanese tankobon's covering every chapter from the Z portion of the manga for no more than two bucks each.
The following was my LITERAL reaction upon discovering these - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lfqZmPkbvM

^ I plan on scanning them but dunno when.
Bought this today:

All three are based on the Freeza arc but luckily Freeza's my favourite foe so I'm fine with it.

I can't find high quality versions of a few of those, so I appreciate that.
