Wow, loved the real life like mountains in the teaser! It's definitely the same spot where Goku fought Vegeta.

While most of it just stock footage, the small part of the teaser was pretty awesome. I'm not hype up yet until we get info on the story and more footage on the film. I never thought the teaser would be uploaded on the web since some teasers don't if they are just test footage?

Hadn't thought about a title until now. Hmm...I'm conflicted actually. While a long-running title like that would certainly feel the most like Dragon Ball, I'd actually kind of like a more straight to the point, shorter one. That would help in the 'modern' flavor they've kind of hinted at maybe, and it'd fit with how this seems to be DB's answer to 'Strong World' for One Piece, 'Road to Ninja' for Naruto, and even 'The Hell Chapter' for Bleach.

I'm fine with either/or obviously though.

In the trailer, Goku seems to be a toon-shaded 3D model until a shadow goes across the screen.

Yea your right, kinda the way they look in the video games. There's just something about this animaton that I love. It's so clean and clear, and looks so much better than the revamped Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans and Episode of Bardock. This is gonna be epic when it comes out.

Yeah, that's a 3D model at first. Easier to animate at that distance, angle, and for that much motion. It switches to traditional 2D art when the rock passes in front of the screen. It's... sort of obvious to anyone who's familiar with the medium. XD

I want there to be a title, even if it is the usual type of episode title.

In case anyone remembers: the movie known in English as Dead Zone was originally released simply as Dragon Ball Z. It didn't get its actual title (Return My Gohan!!) until the VHS release, and even then the title is nowhere to be found in the movie itself.

Also, I understand that they couldn't show much animation from the actual movie (what with it not being done yet), but if you're going to use stock footage from old theatrical films, why pick the 10th anniversary movie? Evolution in much more recent.

A lot of people are hyping this movie as if it's the first Dragonball film in a long time. But, Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! came out in 2008 (and sucked).

I hate everything in the story after the Androids/Cell arc, but hopefully this will be better than the last film. Hoping for an official English dub, too.

Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return was not really a full feature length film compare to Movie 1-13. So this will be the first Dragon Ball Z animated film in 18 years by 2013.

2008 Special was awesome, and it's English dub that sucks.

I hope 2013 will never come to US, Just like a lot of other DB Japan Exclusive OVAs. Just so it can annoy US Fanboys like you (ZOMG EVERYTHING THATS NOT DUBBED SUXXXX)
