This. Goten is supposed to be 13 years older than Bulla. In that picture, it's obvious that they've both grown up, so I guess it's fine, but most people who ship Goten x Bulla do it based on GT, where Bulla is 8/9 years old... so the ship is pretty much automatically awkward.
Goten x Marron is a way better ship honestly
This. Never liked Goten/Bra or Trunks/Pan for that matter for that reason. Trunks/Marron is pretty meh too especially cause Goten X Marron is my OTP lol

I would go with paint tool sai. I don't have a tablet so I have used mouse since middle school (the absolute madman) and I found PTS to be better than PDN so I would imagine it would be a 100x better experience since you have a tablet and all my art friends and people I follow on tumblr use it.

Pretty much inspired by my two favourite things at the moment: Mob Psycho 100 and Naoki Tate. The thick brush-like lines are Yoshimichi Kameda's touch coming into Mob, so I thought I'd try that out with Tate's loose style since the two seem like the kinda things that would work nicely together.
Threw together the background and post-processing to match that Goku Black drawing I did the other week. Doesn't quite match properly with the drawing itself, but eh.
