I still don't get your point. The Super Start Guide came out 6 days before your post and included Gregory's designs, as well as telling use that Mr. Satan's crew from the Cell Games were in the first episode. All this information on the series including the filler characters was available before you said anything on the matter.Marco Polo wrote:http://www.kanzenshuu.com/forum/viewtop ... 00#p955537TheDevilsCorpse wrote:We knew this from the Super Start Guide including his designs.Marco Polo wrote:Gregory is in DB Super. Oh yeah. I forgot about Goku training with King Kai.dbgtFO wrote:Goku arrived at Kaio's and started training.jcogginsa wrote:so what all happened?
Vegeta and co. went to the amusement park and after getting annoyed by getting splattered by a giant squid's ink and later people at a party annoying him, Vegeta rage quit and went back to training.
Beerus destroyed some random planet and remembered Super Saiyan God.
I don't see how it's surprising, Goku training in the field was handled very differently in the Manga, the "F" manga was also fairly different to the film I believe, so I think they just give Toyotarō a brief synopsis and I guess he just filled stuff in.dbgtFO wrote:Huh, so the circumstances of Beerus remembering Super Saiyan God does differ between the manga and anime.
I'm quite surprised by that.
That was greatChuquita wrote:If I heard correctly; that's some fun foreshadowing; them trying to get Vegeta to come up on stage.
Yeah, I noted something similar with Buu getting a bit upset in regards to food last week.Chuquita wrote:If I heard correctly; that's some fun foreshadowing; them trying to get Vegeta to come up on stage.
Goku training in the field amounts to the same thing really, and the F manga wasn't drastically different from the parts of the movie it covered.Baggie_Saiyan wrote:I don't see how it's surprising, Goku training in the field was handled very differently in the Manga, the "F" manga was also fairly different to the film I believe, so I think they just give Toyotarō a brief synopsis and I guess he just filled stuff in.dbgtFO wrote:Huh, so the circumstances of Beerus remembering Super Saiyan God does differ between the manga and anime.

Some people doubted Gregory would appear in Super. I was among the ones who didn't, that's all. For some reason you're trying to find a larger-than-life point in my post or something even though it was it was just a little post not meant to derail this thread.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:I still don't get your point. No, that's in episode 5.ArcaneSuperSaiyan wrote:I missed it, but did anyone catch the preview for the next episode? Do we know if Beerus and Goku fight on Kaio's planet in the next episode?
...why? Toyotaro's manga is nothing more than a sneak-peak adaptation. His manga is not canon, this series is.dbgtFO wrote:Huh, so the circumstances of Beerus remembering Super Saiyan God does differ between the manga and anime.

I think he is surprised that the manga is not actually sneaking-peaking since it differs from the anime. It's more like a retelling, in fact.FutureGohanSSJ2 wrote:...why? What does canon have to do with this?FutureGohanSSJ2 wrote:...why? Toyotaro's manga is nothing more than a sneak-peak adaptation. His manga is not canon, this series is.dbgtFO wrote:Huh, so the circumstances of Beerus remembering Super Saiyan God does differ between the manga and anime.
