But how did Goku reflected all those Ki blasts? No power up was noted.

I think the duo rivals him.who wins?
I think if the two can combine their power into one attack they can possibly win, otherwise I say Broly.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Lord Slug vs Yakon. Slug can go giant if he needs to.

Lord Slug vs Cooler. Neither can transform, which includes a hypothetical bulk up in Cooler's case.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Slug Beats Yakon in his giant form. by stopping on him.

Cooler wins after a great fight. But that bulk you gave him made the fight his favor.

Opps I can;t read  . Seeing as Goku power should't has increased by much since Freeza Arc. I say Lord Slug got a slight edge. So Lord Slug wins that too. But it's no cowgirl eating a corn. It's a slug fest.

SS Grade III Trunks Vs Perfect Cell.

1.) This is the Perfect Cell that fought Vegeta and Trunks, he cannot power-up here.
2.) Trunks knows Instant Transmission, which somewhat migrates the Speed issue.

Thoughts?

Cell still wins. Though USSJ Trunks got the power edge. Cell will just out last Trunks(Going by Filler) making Trunks revert. Also does power ups count Kaioken xD. Anyways. Cell also wins because of his regeneration and superior fighting skills.

Cell still wins. I'm assuming we're going with the manga depiction of Instant Transmission, which has never been used in a sustained fashion throughout a fight that it would offset the speed issue of USSJ.

Didn't Goku use IT to dodge around Kid Buu in fight?

Cell(No regeneration) in his Perfect State vs SSJ Gohan angry(NOt SSJ2 angry but angry).

I say Gohan wins in 30 seconds before his rage ends.

He used it once, and it was the usual "dodge the ki blast and reappear behind my opponent" method. To use IT to compensate for Grade 3's slowness, it'd have to something along the lines of movie 6 and Goku and Cooler's little hyperspace fight.

Salza was confident in taking on someone who killed some form of Freeza and one-shotted Gohan, who was heavily implied to be over a million by the end of Namek. I can't see Neiz being so much weaker than Salza that he can be defeated by Ozaru Vegeta. I think every member of the squad is above any of Freeza's three suppressed forms. So Neiz one-shots.

Vegeta, and here's why:
An armored squad that rampages through the universe, serving as Coola's hands and legs. While it's composed of only three people, they boast outstanding battle power and teamwork, and are fearsome guys who utilize power equal to or even greater than Freeza's battalion.
Vegeta's BP as an Oozaru is 180,000.
Neizu, Dore, and Salza all have BPs lower than that, save Dore, according to the V-Jump scans, which have them here:
Salza: 170,000
Neizu: 163,000
Dore: 185,000
Vegeta: "Funny... I seem to recall Kakarot being fed the same information right before he transformed; the distinct look on your faces when he went Super Saiyan didn't exactly inspire confidence. One does not predict or calculate power like ours."

Unless Neiz is somehow clever enough to cut off Vegeta's tail (which I'd only say is guaranteed if it were Sauzer), then Vegeta crushes him. They'd be about equal in power, but Vegeta's sheer size and physical strength would give him the advantage.
