Not possible, Toriyama specifically stated "F" arc follows BoG arc.LightBing wrote:I think BoG arc will be extended with Champa insertion, maybe to display Vegeta turning SSG and set the ground for the Universe 6 plot. FnF can be placed far into the future.

Re: Official Announcement Thread & Discussion
Not sure if this was brought up but i will do regarless, do you think we will have more arcs after U6arc or will U6arc be only arc after RoF arc?
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

Yeah, it'll almost certainly be dependent on the reception of the first couple arcs. I do hope it does well enough to go to universe 6 and beyond though, I'm really looking forwards to something all-new.

Re: Official Announcement Thread & Discussion
Based on what I read, when an anime is put on a block like the 9 a.m block, the company behind it plan to keep it running for as long as possible so as long as the merchandise is selling and Toriyama has more ideas then it'll without a doubt go way beyond it's 3rd arc.Neo-Makaiōshin wrote:Do you think we will have more arcs after U6arc or will U6arc be only arc after RoF arc?
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Re: Official Announcement Thread & Discussion
I don't want Super to last too long other wise it will go downhill fast. Keep a strong story going and end it when it feels right. I would say 26 - 40 episodes is a good limit, but going how they are retelling the newer movies then Super might last for at least 60 episode at best. 100 episodes is pushing it.

They already said that 100-200 episodes was on their plan.Hellspawn28 wrote:I don't want Super to last too long other wise it will go downhill fast. Yeah, especially given that time-slot for Super, I'm guessing that it's gonna last at least 100 episodes.Neo-Makaiōshin wrote:They already said that 100-200 episodes was on their plan.Hellspawn28 wrote:I don't want Super to last too long other wise it will go downhill fast. I don't believe we've had any confirmation of an episode count outside of the temporary '100' listed on Toei's site. This was likely a placeholder and was replaced with 'xx' shortly after.

I think it was replaced because it wasn't meant to be announced that early.Ajay wrote:I don't believe we've had any confirmation of an episode count outside of the temporary '100' listed on Toei's site. This was likely a placeholder and was replaced with 'xx' shortly after.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, and it probably means absolutely nothing, but there is a Vegetto settei mixed in with all the Battle of Gods/Super material in the Super Start Guide's first few pages that actually start covering the new series.
Re: Official Announcement Thread & Discussion
I reckon it could be used when Goku says that fusion won't work against Beerus, him thinking about it.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:I don't know if this has been mentioned, and it probably means absolutely nothing, but there is a Vegetto settei mixed in with all the Battle of Gods/Super material in the Super Start Guide's first few pages that actually start covering the new series.

Kaioshin's seem to make new earrings since we see Kibitoshin and Elder Kai wear them despite being destroyed by Goku.

It was a comment from Toriyama displayed during the "Complete Showcase Event"-LightBing wrote:Could you please post what he said, I was looking for it and couldn't find it.
Akira Toriyama wrote:“Dragon Ball Super” is a complete continuation of the Majin Buu story arc. It’s got a bit of post-battle aftermath, continues with the “Battle of Gods” arc where the God of Destruction Beerus appears and the “Revival of ‘F'” arc where Freeza comes back to life, and then, I’ve written a strange new story where they finally depart from this universe. They’re fighting against their neighbors, Universe 6! They’ll yell at me if I give away too many spoilers, so I’ll keep the rest a secret, but they’re chasing after giant Super Dragon Balls; I think things will unfold in a bright and simple way, that will be really fun and exciting!

Re: Official Announcement Thread & Discussion
Don't think they'll ever use fusion again, especially the Potara permanent fusion. And I don't think Goku's pride will allow a two against one match.
And I just Don't see Toriyama's Bejita doing the silly Fusion Dance

What is the possibilities that they make it so only gods can travel to other universes?

Maybe Universe 6 has a Vegetto who never unfused? >_>
Could be fun, but I want an alt Gokû and Vegeta more.

Doubtful. That would mean Vegito never saved Gohan, Goten and Trunks and just outright murdered Buu with them still inside, which is something I couldn't really see Goku and Vegeta doing.Chuquita wrote:Maybe Universe 6 has a Vegetto who never unfused? >_>
