Here's a thought: what if these are kids of Lunch and Goku? Would explain their hair colours, strengths, and how she recognizes Goku.

It states it's an AU of the Dragonball story. The following translation is numbered in according to order spoken panels (ie: if panel four has first dialogue, and panel six the second, I'll list them 1 and 2).

Page 1: "That day, on Earth, a mysterious visitor appeared..."

Page 3:
1) "Good. I detect a power source. It must be him, there's no doubt about it."
2) "Kakarotto! You'll soon rejoing us! Us, the Saiyans!"

Page 4: "He shouldn't be too far away."

Page 5: "Here you are, at last! Kakarotto!"

Page 6:
1) Goku: "Who are you? Stranger!"
2) Radditz: "Pff! You've really grown... But I recognized you right away, Kakarotto! You look a lot like your father, you know..."
3) Radditz: "You had a mission to finish humanity off on this planet. I get the impression that you kept some under your fist."

Page 14: Bring your son with you. An extra warrior isn't half bad for us.

Page 15:
1) Good!
2) You're capsule will arrive.
3) Where are we going?
4) We're headed for a general quarter where the last Saiyans are found. (Note: it's unclear if general quarter means "neutral area/sector" or "general quarters" as in a barracks)

Page 16:
1) The last Saiyans? How many are there?
2) Including you, there are four. And a hybrid if you count your son.
3) A long time ago... a meteorite collided with the planet Vegeta, killing all the Saiyans. You survived because you were sent here. The others and I survived by being on other planets as well.
4) We're the only survivors.
5) ...
6) We need you Kakarotto to continue our job. Our mission is to annihilate the inhabitants of planets so that we can resell them to the highest bidder... For planets like this one, Saiyan babies are sufficient. That's why you were sent here alone.

Page 17:

Page 18: "C'est parti" is contextual. It can either mean "Let's go/Here we go/We're off" in this context, or "It's beginning."

Page 19:
1) It would do you well to sleep. The road will be long. And you'll need your strength when we arrive.
2) Radditz: There'll be lots of work waiting for us!
Goku: I'm eager to meet the other 2 Saiyans.
3) They're also impatient to see you. To show them what you're capable of.
4) Sleep now!

Page 20: Planet Freeza 79. 18 days have passed since the Saiyans left Earth.

Page 21:
1) That's Mr. Radditz all right. He finally brought his brother.
2) Left Soldier: Hello, Mister Radditz!
