if it weren't for the fact that the only format its available in is VHS, then I would have recommended using that tv game thing where Future Trunks takes the others through the past for the purpose of quizzing children as how you would show the abridged equivalent of Dragon Ball. It could be 30 minutes to an hour or something, just showing both the essentials and any changes in the Dragon Ball timeline.

As for Dragon Ball GT, I think another group is abridging it.

We have no interest or plans in Abridging Super.

That figures. If I were you, I'd hold off with making plans like that as well. Dragon Ball Super isn't something to make an attempt at right now.
I do hope you make a small series about GT, though. I mean, nothing big, just a movie-like episode per arc, much like your plans for DB. One for the Black Star Dragon Balls, one for Baby, one for Super 17 and one for the Shadow Dragons. I think it'd work, since it's not as much of an enormous task as an entire show. You do what you want, though.

They'll probably skip GT, or do it in one video in a spiteful manner to GT similar to how they did with Garlic Jr's saga.

Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth with how bitter they seam about the existence of things that aren't from the manga. The dude who does Vegeta is pretty vocal on his hate of GT, weather it's trolling, going with the crowd or legitimate hate it's kind of reinforces the no GT thing. Kind of a shame. My theory is they'll finish up Z when they got enough internet fame and use it to help launch them into a career for them in writing, voice acting. Either as a internet company like roosterteeth, or in other companies that do more then the internet.

I mean they got talent in what they do, they know that. I think they'll leave abridging after Z and try to do something more profitable then what they get from ads and shirts and such. They'll be missed, but it won't be for another few years most likely. So we got 40-50 more episodes left? depends what approach they take.

Okay, ramble over. Point is I'd like GT abridged too but I doubt they'll do it. Especially considering youtube trolls and their comments want you to think everyone hates GT when that isn't even the case.

I'm giving my perspective. i'm not saying I read their minds or anything. I mean if they have popo kill super buu, then you'd have something to back you up, but I think the saga was skipped over due to the fact they don't like it for being filler. I don't remember if the TFS guys made any sort of statement about it, but I always figured the reason for handling the Garlic Jr arc the way they did was a combination of 1) being eager to move on to the Androids arc rather than spend 2 or 3 episodes in a row on Garlic Jr, and 2) the brilliant joke of focusing entirely on Kuririn and Maron's romantic drama while sweeping the actual serious threat of Garlic Jr under the rug.

I very much doubt that they just "hate filler," since some of the best episodes and moments from season 1 were created from filler, like Goku's mishaps in Hell or Vegeta and Nappa's adventure on Arlia.

I didn't call them mindless, or canon police, I said it gives the feel that I get from the canon police, and that it's overdone on youtube. It's seams like you wanna be offended by this, I don't like being offended. If I was trying to be offended I'd be going to their channel and trying to cause drama and complain and insult them. I mean I could easily complain about, oh I don't know-how annoying it is when people wont stop quoting TFS in online dragonball matches, but that's what I'd do if I was trying to be offended. I don't see this conversation going anywhere. I'm not a big fan of TFS, and I think they're biased against things not in the manga or from toriyama directly. The DBcember thing made me cringe. that's just me. My not liking certain things doesn't have to ruin it for you. Like I said before I hope you enjoy it. but sometimes TFS's fanbase can be...well to put it nicely, excessive. It's bad enough some call it canon, but like roosterteeth's fanbase I think a lot of you guys need to accept not everyone is going to think they're perfect demigods.
