Because she's a fan made character. The only other Saiyan stronger than her is ALSO fan made.

Ugh.

Well, this is a fan-made manga, so I don't think it's that big of a deal, could be much worse

It could be worse, but it's still terrible that King Vegeta's OC guards are both stronger than him by 3,000-3,500 points.

The more you look at power levels the more complicated it gets...

Who cares about Dodoria's power level? He should just have said that Hanasia was much weaker than him and everything would work out.

Same thing with Freeza's power level being 60.000, 100.000 or 500.000. Who cares... We just need to know that Freeza was much more powerful than any of them in his first form but not stronger than them all together in their Oozaru forms.
I feel the same way. When power levels are mentioned in a fanfiction or fanmanga it always, and I mean ALWAYS, complicates things. Honestly why should anyone give a shit about power levels? They became so irrelevant after Namek saga. It should just be a matter of who's stronger than who.

Eh? Kid Vegeta's BP is 6,500? That's far below his father's whom Vegeta was already stronger than when he was a kid, which was stated in the manga.

Well, I suppose he could have surpassed his father after Freeza destroyed planet Vegeta, but while he was still a kid. His line in the manga doesn't really specify in depth.

James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

That multi-Oozaru beam attack is actually something I thought of once. I hope it wipes out everyone. If Freeza is only in the 100,000 range, he will indeed be wiped out by that blast.
But I guess since he blew his armor, he is going to transform. Even then, the beam would destroy him.
I guess that he would have to go to his final form to be able to get out of trouble.
And also, I like how all the Oozaru heads look suspiciously identical in the mouth blast panel...

The nerf is divided by 10, right? That means he is at:
First Form: 53,000
Second Form Over 100,000
Third Form: ?
Final Form: 6,000,000
100%: 12,000,000

I think it was said on the French version of the site or something... We've been talking about it for the past 3 pages or so, check through them.

To be specific, it's Anime Rule #45 - Law of Uninteruptable Metamorphosis: Regardless of how long or involved the transformation sequence or how many times they've seen it before, any 'Bad Guys' witnessing a mecha/hero/heroine transforming are too stunned to do anything to interrupt it.
